POV: Eliot
Through talking I found out Sofia's dad usually leaves early but he stayed to tell to us this morning. He was sitting on the couch while we ate and talked."I'm so happy you got up with some time. Sofia never wants to eat breakfast anymore." Sofias mom punched Sofs cheek and smiled. "Mama!" Sofia started waving her hands and scrunched her nose up. We all laughed. "Oh look at the time, we have to leave." Sofia said in a jokey tone. Her mom rolled her eyes but smiled. It was sweet seeing them interact. Mom and daughter. My face grew an honest smile at that. They said they're byes and gave each other kisses. "Bye hon" she said looking at me. She had her arms parted asking for a hug. I went over and hugged her. I couldn't help but smile. She scooted us out and left back to the kitchen since we were walking.
Sofias dad walked out with us, which confused me at first. But he must've stayed home for some reason. "Can I talk to you." I asked- no said in a serious voice. We both walked over looking at each other worried and confused. "So how'd you both sleep?" "Um, fine...dad. Why?" Sofia asked readjusting her backpack strap. "Well I walked in for a moment and saw you two- cuddling." I looked at her confused, but her face was more guilt. "Sooo..." I asked trying not to sound rude. Respect you elders or whatever. "Well I just wanted to ask why. You guys looked like a couple of lesbos." Ok scratch that. Disrespect your elders. "What..." I scoffed. In the corner of my eye I could see sofias face go pale and disappointment fill her face. She grabbed my hand saying "We're gonna be late." before dragging me away.
We walked for a while not talking. "I'm sorry." I turns to her. "It's not your fault." I said. "Yeah but he- he just-" "It's not your fault." I stopped her. "You aren't your parents. And I know you never do anything like that." I smiled at her. "Thank you." She smiled back. "No problem."

The rest of the day went by normally. Xzavier and Sasha making a big deal about our matching outfits, some classes being fun, Brady being weird (tho we try to ignore him). I was worried when the school day was done because I didn't want Sofia to be in trouble or anything, but she assured me she'd be fine.
Before I could leave the school Max stopped me. "Hey, sorry I need to leave." I tried shoving past him. He put his hands on my shoulders, smiling at me. "What do you want." I said in an unamused voice. "I just want to talk." He stated. I narrowed my eyes at him. "I'm sorry for all the things I've done...and said. I shouldn't have. I hope we can salvage our relationship, even if it just leaves us as friends." He sighed. I took his hands off of my shoulders. I held them for a moment before saying "We never had a relationship. Of any kind." I said that with a sweet smile before letting go of his hands and walking away.
I will listen to his side of the story, I have a lot of time to waste. I'll try to understand him. But I won't forgive him, and I sure as hell won't forget.
I walk to Andrews car and greet him with a smile. He smiles back and opens the door for me. "How was your sleepover sis? Do anything spicy." I gave him a look. You know the look. "No. And even if I did I would not be talking about sex life with you!" I rolled my eyes. "Okay okay. Whatever." He laughed. I couldn't help myself from chucking a little.
I wish my relationship with my sister was like Andy and Eliot's. Who's excited to see what will happen with Sofias dad? I am. Really. Idk what I'm writing until I write it. It's really a surprise for the both of us. Lol. Annyyyywayysss...
