After the incident with Xander,he has been ignoring me and God did I like it. He was never in his room,I just entered and did the chores and left to mind my business. This continued for a straight 2 weeks and I my happiness could not contain the house.
I was resting when someone knocked on my door and I stood up to see Mrs Xavier. "Ohh Mrs...Lynn" I said when she gave me a look when I said Mrs. "Resting I see" she said while holding my hand and I nodded to which she smiled "I'll be very honest with you Sophie dear,I think you're more than just a maid in this house,I really like you around" She said and I blushed" I feel comfortable around you too Lynn"I said and it felt weird. it was like middle school kids confessing to each other. "I came to tell you that school break ends on Sunday" she said and my eyes widened "So school resumes on Monday" I said in disbelief and she chuckled "you'd do great,I trust you" she said and I felt a very not familiar feeling at the word trust. It was easier for me since it was hooded,I could still put on my mask and claim that I was asthmatic if anyone asked me....dared to ask me actually
I got downstairs and Clara hurriedly gave me two slices of bread and fried eggs "come on Clara,I'm just a maid here" I said and she glared at me."You're like a daughter to me"she said and I remember making food and baking cake for the whole staff during the past two weeks. Unfortunately school resumes, I heard someone open a door and I turned to see who it was and to my Greatest surprise... It was Alexander who had skipped lunch and breakfast in the past two weeks,to Clara's worry but to my happiness.

Mrs Xavier rushed out and gave Xander a quick peck and she hugged me "I know I was supposed to drop you off,but I'm in a haste right now..I'm really sorry Sophie" Lynn said apologetically and I smiled"it's okay Lynn,I'll just walk"I said and she shook her head so hard "Um...Xander? Why don't you drop her off?" She said and I mentally facepalmed. Can't she see the enmity between us.
Xander's POV I looked at mum with a side glance, Sophie didn't spare me a glance. I hated her so much I could explode but I just calmed down,looked at mum and then shrugged. "Thanks Lynn but I think walking works just fine for me" she said and I glared at her, as if sensing it she looked at me and gave a weird look and then sighed. I walked out and sat in the car getting ready to drive off when she came out and walked by the driveway "you coming in or what?" I asked coldly and she gave a side glare before shrugging and walked pass my car. So my waiting was for nothing "Get into the damn car Sophie" I said coldly "I ain't going to school with you" she pointed out,disgust evident in her voice "save the fight for later and get the fuck in" I said and she paused probably thinking about it. "You coming or not?" I said once more

She entered the car and I drove off, 10 minutes to the school gate, she asked me to stop. I did and she got down "Go on" she said flatly and walked the rest,it was for the better good if we didn't know each other at school. I parked out the school and walked in ad sighted Amy,my girlfriend.
"Baby!!" She screamed and ran over to me and I hugged her. "How are you?" I asked her and she smiled "good just missed you" she said while blinking hard.

She was okay, she's always dressed like this. We headed off to greet some friends and soon enough the bell rung. I didn't know what class I had so I hung around doing nothing.
Sophie's POV
I so do not appreciate Xander dropping me off at school,I hated it in fact. I got to school thankfully not sweaty or breathing hard. Unusually calm. I walked into the building and saw an office, so I walked in to meet a lady smiling professionally at me" Hey! You must be Sophie Williams " she said and I nodded while she handed me a pink booklet "Your courses" she said smiling "Be free, you don't have to fake a full smoke just give a nice half smile and make your voice soft but not tiny and voila" I said to her and she smiled a real one this time. "Thanks Sophie, that helped a lot. I was tensed" she said and I chuckled "I didn't come in with fire,did I?" I asked her and she said no "so you shouldn't feel weird around anyone who's not with fire on his or her head and I'm always around to kick asses" I joked and she laughed"you're late for class " she said and I gasped. way to go Sophie, first day and you're fifteen minutes late. "I'm Rosella by the way call me Rose" she said and I nodded and waved at her and left.
I headed towards a door and I opened the door to meet all the students in the class and the teacher looking at me
