don't leaf (leave) me hanging,
grow (go) with me to prom?

A few weeks later, prom was just around the corner. Of course, they aren't in school anymore, but that also meant they never went to prom before.

Sean decided to do up a surprise for such a special occasion, just for her. Prom was something special to him, and he was sure it would special to her.

She always mentioned about seeing people all over Instagram at prom, being able to hang out with all their friends in their fancy dresses and gowns, or in suits and ties. She always told him she just liked seeing the pictures, but deep down Sean knew she really wanted to go to one and see it for herself.

Of course, Sean being Sean, he was going that extra mile if it meant that it would make her the happiest girl on the world. He would do anything for this girl, because when his world stormed, she rushed in with the sunshine and rainbows.

Kaycee picked up a note written on a small green card from behind her camera. She never ever checks her camera, like ever, but today she just had a gut feeling to do so.

She thought it was some old note that she never noticed and was meant for something else last time, but when she read it, she knew it was recently placed there.

"Dear Kaycee,

Hey! Shamu here. I may or may not have left some clues in your house on what to prepare for today. And yes, I'm bringing you out to somewhere today.

Hope to see you soon.

Good luck! :)"

Kaycee smiled, always happy when he initiates their hang outs. She quickly got herself ready for the day and decided to let her curls loose for the day.

She wore something simple, just a white tank top and some grey sports pants. Nothing too special since the weather was excruciatingly hot. The summer heat was blazing all across her town and you could see the heat rise from the pavement around.

First clue: something that you would always use to consume your favourite refreshment.

Something in the kitchen perhaps. Refreshment? She doesn't prefer to have anything other than a good cup of tea. Tea!

The stove-top kettle.

She rushed down the stairs and bursted into the kitchen, sliding around with her white socks as she made her way around the counter tops and to the kettle.

"Aha! Found it." Kaycee laughed to herself and opened the note up.

"Selfies? For instagram? Hmm?" Kaycee narrowed her eyebrows and looked about the kitchen, lost in where to even start looking for the next clue.

She opened up her phone and scrolled through her photos. Selfies...oh! Mirror selfies. But was it with the vanity mirror in her room or the bathroom one?
