i would fly a hundred thousand miles,
just to see your face once more,
and to tell you that i love you.

ALMOST TWO YEARS LATER

Sean video-called Kaycee, asking about her whereabouts as usual. He basically knows Toronto like the back of his hand, with all the virtual tours she has given him. He might even be able to tour around Toronto with his eyes close. Challenge accepted.

But this time, he called Kaycee a little earlier than usual because he was a man on a mission. It felt like he was going to the moon, because he technically is, to do one thing. And he had been trying to keep it a secret for at least a month now.

Which had been hard for him, considering the fact that they video call each other almost every hour of the day or whenever they are free, and that he isn't the best keeper of secrets.

He had managed to plan out this whole fake trip to New York for some dance class he will be hosting, thanks to an invite from a few of both his and Kaycee's closest friends. But little did she know, the whole crew, including him, and something else planned.

As a matter of fact, he was not sitting at home, lounging on his desk chair or on his bed. He was lounging on a seat that isn't the most comfortable. He is also not in a room with four concrete walls, but rather in a metal box that is currently moving at high speeds at a high altitude.

That's right.

Guess who is in Canada?

Sean Charles Lew.

Twisting and playing with the ring Kaycee gave him, he was excited to see her. Sean cannot describe how much he wanted to get off the plane and rush to her. He was like Tigger throughout the whole flight, his excitement that he could no longer hold in now bouncing off the walls around him.

He could barely sit still for the whole flight. And when the plane touched down onto the runway in Toronto Pearson International Airport, he flew out of his seat the moment the doors were opened and the passengers were allowed to exit the plane safely.

He sprinted through security and the bag check, before exiting the airport to smell the fresh air of Canada. And he knew he was about to meet the love of his life very very soon. He texted his friends to make sure she was still out from her apartment that she was renting, and they gave him the green light. He hailed a taxi, rode to her apartment, and sat down at the lobby, waiting for his special someone to arrive.

Sean could not visit up until now because of his schedule with work and his large dance project, but he never stopped calling her and making sure she was okay and reminding her how much he loved her. He would stay up all night, just to watch her fall asleep, even if it meant that he would be sleepy for his morning dance class the following day. It was all worth it.

But Kaycee left her apartment address with him, so he knew which floor and which door to go to. He stood in front of it, just when his friends messaged him that she had just arrived back to the apartment lobby.

And when Kaycee took a turn from the lifts towards her apartment and noticed a familiar face standing in front of her apartment, she did not hesitate a second to run towards him and hug him so tight, they both fell to the ground together, crying and sobbing.

"Hi Kaycee. I missed you so much." He managed to say while his tears flowed down like waterfalls.

"Sean...Sean...I missed you way too much, my heart was hurting." Kaycee said, the corridor feeling like someone had been around chopping onions.

"I love you Kayc."

"You're here. You're here with me." Kaycee smiled so wide, she can't even remember the last time she smiled so hard that wasn't with him.
