(still Dean's P.O.V,)
Dean swung open the metal doors to the school and walked down the crowded hallways, receiving waves, winks, handshakes, and a couple hugs.
'Same old, same old' He thought. The older male looked around at the many people sending him smiles, and smiled back, trying to make a good impression for the year. But for Dean, he rarely had to try.
Dean was, what you could say, the most popular guy in school. Cheesy right? But that's what everyone - well, most everyone - accepted him as.
The cool football jock who had a sexy appearance, and shitty grades, but because of sports, he'd be certain of getting some kind of scholarship.
Dean hated labels to be completely honest. He thought labels held him back from certain things in life. Of course, he couldn't say that though. Because of, you guessed it, labels.
The jock walked towards his locker, making sure to look good while he did.
Before he could make it though, he noticed something - no, someone - in the corner of his eye. Just as he realized who it was, he couldn't help but speed up his pace as he started to walk towards the student.
"Hey!" Dean shouted in the direction of the kid, almost running towards him now. The boy turned around and looked up at the older male with wide eyes as Dean almost crashed into him.
He slowed down and mentally scolded himself for almost running into the kid. 'Wow, this is the second time today I almost ran over someone. Not to mention that it's the same person, too'
The older male looked down at the boy and smiled nervously, but was interrupted when he noticed the student's blue eyes. 'Holy fuck, those eyes are gorgeous' Dean thought, but shook it off, realizing how strange it was that he was thinking about that, and of a dude.
Dean cleared his throat when he noticed the boy was blushing a little, and that some people were watching. "So, uh, I just wanted to apologize for almost running into you this morning," he said, scratching the back of his neck nervously. Dean's eyes were locked on the boys lips. Oh my god, those lips. Wait, what? No. Nononono. NO.
... no.
Castiel's P.O.V.
Cas couldn't stop looking at those eyes. He could feel the heat rising in his cheeks while he dazed off in those beautiful green eyes. He could barely hear a word the guy was saying, but he was somehow able to mutter out an, "It's alright." Castiel's eyes were pulled towards the boy's lips when he noticed the edges crook up into a smile, and Cas couldn't help but smile too.
"Well, my name's Dean." the older male said, holding out a hand. Castiel bit his lip and looked down at the floor to distract his mind from the boy's gorgeous features, and looked back up again when he felt in control of his mind for once.
"Castiel," the younger boy said, and happily took Dean's hand in his own so he could shake it.
Dean's P.O.V.
That smile.
Damn.
"See you around," Dean had said before walking away, winking at the younger student then turning around and heading in the direction of his locker.
'Castiel,' Dean thought. 'what a cute name.'
