"Psst" someone whispered while nudging him. "Pssst wake up" he heard again. Yuri slowly opened his eyes. "Good you're awake" the boy with the shaggy black hair that he had met in the woods stood before him, continuously looking frantically around him to see if nobody was coming. "Hmmm?" Yuri asks sleepily "Listen carefully" the boy Yuri remembered as Yato says. Yuri suddenly got more alert at the seriousness in the other boy's voice. "You're never getting out of here, unless you escape" Yato tells him "But..." Yuri starts "They promised, yes, I know." the other boy closes his eyes "They've been promising me the same thing since I was five, it's been nine years and I'm still here" Yato explains, Yuri hangs his head "I'm going to help you get out of here" Yato tells him, immediately Yuri perks up
"Why?" Yuri asks, but Yato ignores his question "Fight your last fight tomorrow. Kill everyone. Including the other prisoners, including me.... Truly everyone here present. No one can be left alive or you won't be safe ever again as for our fellow prisoners..... You would show us mercy by killing us, by ending this nightmare." Yato whispers, still looking to the side every now and then. "Why me?" Yuri asks and Yato sighs "You haven't been here as long as we have, besides you're only like what.... two? You can still recover from this." he continues to whisper "Please, you are the only one who can do this. I've heard about your powers, Shiroi Akuma...." he goes on but Yuri interrupts "Call me Yuri" Yuri tells him "Nice to meet you, Yuri. I'm Yato" Yato says with a small smile "I know, I remember you from the woods" Yuri tells him. Regret fills the other boy's eyes once more. "I'm very sorry about that, but I had no choice" Yato says "I know. It's okay, I forgave you" Yuri says, making Yato smile at the young boy's words "I don't deserve it" Yato tells him, looking away from the white haired child "You do. You told me you were sorry in the woods and now again. You said it yourself... You had no other choice." Yuri tells the older boy. The older boy smiled "Now let's get these off" Yato says gesturing to the chakra blocking bracelets.
Yato removed the chakra blocking bracelets from Yuri's wrists and immediately Yuri felt himself getting stronger. His chakra was getting it's flow back. "Much better, isn't it?" Yato asks with a smile. Yuri nodded and sent a grateful smile to the older boy.
