The Crazed Man

Chapter 18

Erika POV
"Of course, I will be your girlfriend" I hugged Will. He kissed my cheek and I just smiled. Will walked me to my door. "Well this is me," I said while nervously rocking back in forth with my hands in my pocket. "Are you sure you don't want to sleep with me? I don't feel very comfortable having you stay with him" Will frowned. I touched his cheek and our eyes locked.

"I promise there's nothing to worry about. Joe is just a friend" I said confidently. Will grabbed my hands pulling them away from his face. He gently held my hand "I won't be a jealous boyfriend. Now go get some sleep. I will see you in the morning" Will kissed my hand and I walked inside the room.

I closed the door and turned around. My back went against the door and Joe was standing in front of me. "What took you so long" he said in a raspy voice. His arm was blocking my way and he looked down at me. "That's none of your business. Now move Joe. I'm sleepy" I whined.

He moved to the side and I grabbed my clothes from bag. I went into the restroom and took a shower. Once I was done I came out to see the room dark. I could see Joe body laying on his bed. I got into my bed charged my phone on the nightstand. I laid down looking at the ceiling and sighed. After, a few minutes my eyes began to close and I drifted off to sleep.

Joe POV
I rolled over to see Erica asleep. I removed my covers and walked to her bed. I started playing with her hair and she turned away grunting. I smiled at her cuteness. I moved her to the side so I could get into the bed. I knew she was a heavy sleeper so she wouldn't wake up. I pulled the covers back over us. She turned over laying on my chest.

She was so used to us being like this. I would have to fix this mess with her new so called boyfriend.

Next Day
It was six a clock in the morning. I opened my eyes to see Erica cuddled up into my chest still. I smiled and lightly kissed her forhead. I took a deep breath and smell her sweet vanilla scent. "Ahh. This is what drives me mad" I sighed. I detached her body from mine and slipped out of bed.

I scratched my head and yawned going to the restroom. One day I won't have to sneak out of the bed. It will just be me and her together in the sheets. I smirked. I did my business and walked out. I realized Erica would need something to drink to take with her medicine. So, I opened the door to go downstairs to be met by William.

His hand was up like he was about knock. I closed the door and stood in front of it. "It's early. Why are you in front of our door" emphasis on the our. "I came to talk to my girlfriend" he glared at me. I began chuckling which made William face turn red with anger. I walked down the hallway down the stairs to the kitchen.

Erika POV
I was shaken awake and growned. I heard some laughter and my eyes open. Will was standing over the bed glancing down at me. I screamed while pulling the covers over my head. "Go away. I look a mess." I yelled.

I felt the bed dip mad the covers was pulled off of me. "Now if I was that shallow then you wouldn't have became my girlfriend" he smiled while putting one hand on my cheek. "I think you look beautiful. And your puffy eyes remind me of a cute panda" he smiled. I smiled and our faces grew closer. Our lips pressed together and Will grabbed the back of my neck deepening the kiss.

I heard the door open which made Will and I break apart. We both looked at the door and I saw Joe with a glass of water in his hand. His eyes were wide and he had a very tight grip on the glass. "Next time knock" I said in an annoyed tone. "You shouldn't be doing that in this room" Joe replied dryly.

Will coughed getting my attention. " I wanted you to come with me to watch the sunrise" he gently grabbed my hand. I smiled " that sounds fun. Just let me just get ready real quick. I will meet you downstairs". I walked him out the door and he left. I quickly did my business and headed to the door.

" Take your medicine before you leave" Joe said handed me the glass of water. I sighed and took it. "Tell Luna that I went with Will" I said before closing the door. I met up with Will and we walked up a hill. It was mountains of snow and it was hard for me to walk. Will let me get on his back. When we finally got to the top the sun had just begun to peak out. Will hugged me from behind as we looked at the sunrise. I had a feeling that this was gonna be a start to something amazing.

Joe POV
I watched as Erica hand and hand walked out with William. I watch them disappear over and a mountaineer and I turned around. I began to get frustrated. My mind went fuzzy and when I can back to my senses . The pillow was cut up. I dropped my knife and sat on the bed. I rocked myself on the bed holding my hands.

"I can't kill him. I can't kill him. Just breathe. Stick with the plan. She will fall in love with us and see that the only guy that's good for her is me" I smiled.
