Damon pov: I was in my cell reading a book on my tablet when I decided to check the PenPal&Me website and saw I had a message. I clicked it and it was from a pretty girl named Kenya. I was honestly happy to have a message. I saw she was online so I sent her a quick message.

Damon: hey Kenya, thanks for messaging me. It's nice to meet you

(Kenya's phone buzzes)

Kenya: oh a message(opens it up) Hi Damon! Nice to meet you too. How are you today?

Damon: I'm alright, how are you?

Kenya: I'm okay. I see you're from Tucson, you born and raised in Arizona?

Damon: no I'm original from Baltimore but I moved here about 3 years ago

Kenya: oh that's cool, I've been to Baltimore like twice to visit family.

Damon: you seem like the type to travel all the time. Been any where exciting?

Kenya: I love traveling! Last place I been was to Africa last summer

Damon: Africa ? That seems so interesting

Kenya: it was I loved it

Damon: did you go on a tour ?

Kenya: yeah, we went site seeing and safaris. I really enjoyed myself

Damon: sounds like it. This your first time on this website?

Kenya: yeah, my friend was showing me a tik tok about it. What made you create an account?

Damon: it's lonely in here for real. I'm stuck in here for 10 years. My family don't really visit and my so called friends disappeared when I got locked up. I just want a conversation with someone

Kenya: what did you get locked up for if you don't mind me asking?

Damon: home invasion, hanging with the wrong people and they talked me into doing it

Kenya: how long you been in ?

Damon: 4 years , got locked up at 16 and charged as an adult

Kenya: wow,that's messed up

Damon: yeah, but I'm just tryna pass the time. I'll be out soon

Kenya: well, I would like to keep messaging and getting to know each other better

Damon: I would like that too ...
