Kenya pov: I had just got to South Carolina and I was going to visit my grandparents . I drove to my grandparents house and I saw my dad's car outside. I parked and got out the car. I have a key to my grandparents house and I used it and walked in.

Kenya: something smells good !

K/g: oh my baby !(smiles and walks I've to her )

Kenya: hi grandma (hugs her ) how are you?

K/g: I'm doing good baby, how are you? You filling in nicely

Kenya:(giggles) I've been stress eating a lot lately

K/g: why you stressing Lulu ?(walking back towards the kitchen)

Kenya: sighs) honestly I feel I did all that schooling for nothing, I'm not happy in massage therapy (following her)

K/g: well what do you see yourself doing?

Kenya: I think I want to be a social worker

K/g: well baby anything you put your mind to you can do it. Just sit down and think about what you really wanna do, okay ?

K/g: mhm him and your brother are outside helping papa with something in the garage

(Kenya goes into the back yard and over to the garage.)

Jacob: hey baby girl !(walks over and hugs her)

Keith: hey princess, how are you? I didn't know you were coming (hugs her)

Kenya pov: I walked over and gave my papa the biggest hug ever. Him and my grandma always spoiled me. I have them wrapped around my finger.

Kenya: smiles) I'm okay, I missed y'all, how are you?

K/gd: I'm good , I missed you too

( Kenya's phone starts ringing.)

Kenya: excuse me papa (answers ) hey mama I mad-(gco)

Maya: (crying)I got bad news Kenya

Kenya: what's wrong? You crying ?

Maya: your grandma just passed, my mama gone

Kenya: I'm sorry to hear that

Maya; you need to come home

Kenya: mama I can't do that, I'm visiting grandma Shelly and papa Gene. I just got here

Maya: fuck them ! I need you, I just lost my mama !

Kenya: mama you know what she did to me, I don't have no feelings for her

Maya: if you don't bring your ass home tonight! Don't ever fucking talk to me again !

Kenya: mama, her mother passed and she said if I didn't come home tonight that she don't wanna talk to me again

Keith: I'm so glad I left that bitch

K/gd: Keith stop(walks over to Kenya and hugs her) give your mother time to cool off okay. I know you don't have feelings for her mother after what happened to you, so don't force yourself to go home. You have every right to feel the way you're feeling

Kenya: I don't want my mama mad at me though, I just can't support her in this cause grandma didn't even like her
