Damon: so Kenya, I was wondering if you would want to FaceTime? I got approved for it

Kenya: sure, I'm super shy though

Damon: it's fine lol you good

Kenya: I'm free now if you want to.

Damon: alright

Damon pov: me and Kenya be talking for three months now and I feel like I've known her for years honestly. It's nice talking to her though. She makes me feel like everything will be okay and she always keeps me entertained. I got up and turned on the light and then FaceTime her. It rung twice and then she answered. She was even more beautiful on camera.

Kenya: Hey Damon (smiles)

Damon:(smiles) hi Kenya, wow you're stunning

Kenya:(blushing) thank you, how was your day?

Damon: same old same old. I went to class earlier and then I was on laundry duty. how was yours ? Still fighting old people?(laughs)

Kenya:laughs) that old lady was trying me, but no I'm not still fighting old people. I fight kids now

Damon:(starts laughing harder) damn what the kids do?

Kenya: they came in knocking stuff off the shelves and I was over it

Damon: that's fucked up

Kenya:(nods) I should've kicked they asses

Damon: nah just be cool, don't need you losing your job over that. You're hair looks nice, you just got it done?

Kenya: thank you and yeah, my bestfriend does my hair

Damon: she got skills, it look real good

Kenya:thanks(smiles)did your parents come visit you?

Damon: my dad did yesterday, my mama couldn't make it cause she had jury duty

Kenya: oh okay, how it go?

Damon: it was straight, my dad put some money on my commissary, and brought me some more books to read

Kenya: ooh put me hip, what are you reading this week?

Damon: still that same conspiracy book , I got like 5 chapters left

Kenya: did they figure out where the kids are ?

Damon: not yet but I think the detectives are getting closer

Kenya pov: it's been 3 months since me and Damon started talking. Today was our very first FaceTime and it was exciting to see his face. We've talked on the phone before but seeing his face was better. He's really cool and I like his vibe for real.
