Chapter 8: First Round and the fifth Ranger revealed

Once the break began, all the students and the public went to the cafeteria to get something to eat. But the Rangers went to eat in the staff room for two reasons. The first reason is to avoid being surrounded by fans, the second is so they can eat and rest in peace and the last reason was because Fuutarou wanted to hide from Ichika, Yotsuba and Itsuki since he knew that they must be mad at him for eliminating them during the Battle Royal.

But anyway, once the break was over, all the students and the public returned to the stadium to continue with the sports festival.

P.M (From the microphone): "YEAAAAHHHHH!!!!" "We are back!!!!! Now that the break is over, it's finally time to reveal what our last event will be!!!!!!

The public: "YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH/ WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!" -they shouted excited-

P.M: "Now take it away Thinker"

The Thinker: "Now the last event will be...............a one-on-one match!!!!!!!!!"

Katsuki: "So 1v1 then huh" "This is going to be good one" -he smirks-

Shinso: "So the same event as last year huh" "Then I'll give it my all"

Elina: "I'll crush you all!!!!!" -she shouted to everyone-

Nino: "I like to see you try promeranian" -she said staring daggers at Elina-

The Thinker: "Very well then let us see the first-round matches"

Then the big screen began to show the first round Matches:

1. Izuku vs Neito Monoma

2. Fuutarou vs Miku Nakano

3. Hitoshi Shinso vs Rikidou Satou

4. Katsuki vs Elina Bakugou

5. Nino Nakano vs Itsuka Kendo

6. Azumi Yagi vs Momo Yaoyorozu

7. Saiko Intelli vs Hanta Sero

8. Shoto vs Alexa Todoroki

Satou: (Hehehe I'm so going to enjoy crushing that bastards face) -he thought with an arrogant smile on his face-

Kendo: "I hope we have a great match Nino"

Nino: "Yeah!!!" "But am not going easy on you Itsuka"

Kendo: "Neither was I"

Katsuki: (So I have to fight her huh) (Alright then let's see how strong she's become)

Kirishima: "Good luck on your match Katsubro!!!!!" "I know you'll do great out there"

Katsuki: "Thanks shitty hair"

Izuku didn't say anything, he just stared at his opponent's name on the screen. 'Neito Monoma' the second person who made his life a hell. Izuku stared at that name on the screen remembering all the times Monoma hurt him, hit him, insulted him or called him 'the biggest mistake his family made'. But Izuku was pulled out of his thoughts when said person approached him.

Monoma: "So in the first round I'm up against the 'mistake'" "Hehe this is going to be easy" "I can wait to show the whole world that the mighty Red Ranger is just a weak an pathetic loser" -he said in laughter- "See you in the first round quirkless loser" – he began to walk away-

After Monoma left, Izuku was quiet but if you looked closely, you could tell he made his hands into a fist, trying to hold his anger. But it all disappears when he felt someone place their head and both hands on his back. When Izuku turned his head a little he could see that the person behind him was Jirou.
