You blinked a few times before fully sitting up and pushing yourself off of him. You picked your tank top up off the ground and shook it. Your back was still to him as your left leg was aching again, and he was pulling up his zipper behind you.

"The truth is that Elizabeth North was a name that was given to me by the CIA. After having dealings with them, they thought it better that I just disappear. I enlisted in the armed forces with that name, but bad things began sticking with it." You admitted.

Recalling your dealings with it all made you wonder just how he'd come to be so knowledgeable about what you'd been trying to hide. You shook your head as you stretched, your back popping in some places.

You felt Ghost's fingers press to your back as they gently trailed up your spine. It made you shudder as you froze while trying to keep your attention on your undershirt.

"You never really gave me the impression of bein' inked up." He spoke as his fingertips glided over the area you knew your tattoo laid. It was a snake coiling around an AK-47, you'd stared at it multiple times in the mirror and knew every detail.

"I had a bit of a... troubled youth. My mom always hated tattoos when I was smaller, so I got this before going into the military just to spite her." You revealed while shaking your head lightly.

His right had was still feeling up your skin, his left unoccupied as you grabbed it and brought it to your sight.

"And what about you? Usually, your sleeves come down and you have gloves on. Never thought you'd have a full sleeve." You replied as your eyes ran along the tattoos and veins running across his forearm.

You gave a simple hum before dropping his arm and walking forward. Ghost's touch disappeared from your skin, and you took the opportunity to pull your tank top back over your torso.

"But anyway, word broke out about how I was a fugitive on the run and that my name wasn't really Elizabeth North. So, Elizabeth disappeared on a ship off the coast of Siberia and has been MIA ever since." You clarified while turning fully back to him.

"But how the hell did you fool Shepherd? If he knew you were still alive—" he began, and you cut him off again as you turned fully to him and crossed your arms.

"Graves took care of that. I don't know what strings he pulled or how he managed to do it, but there's no record of 'Y/n L/n' in the military recruitment database." You replied while still putting your weight primarily on your right leg.

You pursed your lips and looked up at him. His eyes were looking down at the space between you two, deep in thought before you approached him and ran your finger down the teeth of his zipper.

"Listen, today was a one time thing, Ghost. No strings attached." You clarified, and you could feel that his muscles tightened a minuscule amount.

"I thought that was obvious, Lieutenant." He replied and you kept your eyes on jacket as the fabric was slightly wrinkled from your death-like grip on it earlier.

"I just needed to make sure that if you ever dragged me down or sold me out, I'd take you out with me. It's still treason to be affiliated with a traitor when knowing that they're being searched for. You'd be considered my accomplice, really." You began, running your fingers along the wrinkles and trying to smooth them out.

"If I were to be brought to court for it all, I'm sure the jury would love to hear about how the almighty Ghost fucked me long and hard after finding out this secret, promising he'd keep it. Don't you think?" You asked while looking up at his eyes.

They didn't seem to be fully in focus as he towered over you. His eyes glanced over your collarbones, your hand on his chest, your semi-messy hair, until finally at your eyes.
