The phone ringing had Stefan answering it. "Hello?"

"Stefan, is Alaina there?"

"She was heading home after the ball. I was supposed to pick her up for her appointment in a few hours."

"She's not here and neither is Elena."

Stefan felt his world shatter at the news of Alaina being missing. "I'm going to find her now."

Alaina woke up causing her to see Elena. "Are you okay?"

"Where are we?"

Elena shrugged as she started looking around the abandon house. Alaina raised up and instantly ran to a corner where she threw up. Elena ran over and grabbed her hair. "I will find a way out for us."

"Thank you."

Elena helped Alaina to the couch as she continued to search for a way out. "I wouldn't do that if I were you." They heard causing them to see a girl with short hair.

The blonde didn't speak as Elena started questioning causing the vampire to smack her. She looked up causing Rose to see her. "You..." She sighed. "Shouldn't have been taken."

"Can you release us? I need to make sure my baby is okay."

"Baby?" She says as she saw Alaina's hand on her stomach. "Oh. How is that possible?"

"I have a witch for a friend." She tells her. "Why am I even here?"

"I think they thought you could be used as leverage. You do look a lot like Lucille Mikaelson."

"Have you met her."

Rose held her hand out to the pregnant girl. "Why don't you follow me?" Alaina was unsure. "I won't hurt you..."

"Alaina."

"Rose."

Later on, Alaina sat on the couch waiting for Elena to wake up when she felt a piece of paper. She looked at it and smiled as she saw it was from Stefan.

I'm coming for you, baby. -Stefan.

Alaina smiled as he was coming here to get her home. She heard groaning and looked at Elena. "Hey." She says. "The boys are on their way."

"Stefan is probably freaking out since his pregnant girlfriend isn't safe." Elena says laughing causing Alaina to smile. "We need to figure out why we are here."

Before Alaina got the chance to speak, Elena went upstairs to listen to Rose and Trevor talk. The blonde closed her eyes as she just wanted to rest some till Stefan comes to get her. Rose walked down with Elena and started talking about Elijah, the most fear man. Alaina gave her a look as she wondered why Elena was needed. "So Elena is your peace bargaining for this Klaus person."

"You are very observant, but that's not all. Elena is needed for a ritual."

"A ritual of what?"

"The sun and the moon curse."

Alaina had a feeling that there was more behind that. "The sun and the moon curse? I think there is more than what you are not telling us." Alaina says. "It's like the curse, within the name, is indicating that there is more to this curse than what you know."

Rose looked at her just to hear someone else in the house.  Alaina stayed put as Rose held Elena. When a guy in a suit walked in, Alaina watched Trevor talk to the guy, who he called Elijah, begging for forgiveness. Yet, it wasn't accepted when Elijah swung his hand. Alaina gasped at Trevor's head on the floor.

The blonde didn't say anything as she watched Elijah look at Elena then to her. "Lucille?"

"Nope." Alaina says. "This mama wants to go home with her baby daddy and eat."

Elijah went to ask till another noise was heard causing Alaina to run upstairs to be safe. A hand covered her mouth causing her to scream. "Baby, it's me."

Alaina looked behind her and hugged Stefan. "You came."

"Yep and we're leaving."

Alaina heard Elena doing something causing Stefan to go kill Elijah. She looked at Elena who smiled. "Go to him."

The blonde hugged Elena before running down to Stefan who held her close. Elena walked downstairs as Stefan walked out with Alaina in his arms. "We have a lot to talk about." Elena tells Damon.

"Let's discuss this later." Damon says as they walked out together.

They saw Alaina and Stefan kissing causing them to smile. Elena knew that in that moment, she needed to think about what she wants, but right now, they need to figure out what she is wanted for.
