Stefan was asleep when he saw himself dancing with Katherine, but pulled away as he followed Alaina. The dream changed to Alaina with Damon and smiled at the brother sister bond they have. "Why is it it not hurting you?" Katherine asked.

"Because I trust my fiancée and Damon is like her brother. There will be nothing more there." He tells her.

"Then you don't know how I feel." She says. "You loved me once, Stefan. Don't fight it."

When he woke up from Katherine trying to kiss him. He looked around to see Katherine laying on his chest making him move. "Katherine."

"You have to admit. I'm getting better at this." Katherine tells him. "It was easy to get inside of your head. Have you completely forsaken your nature?" Stefan attacked her just for her to shove him off. "Are we really going to do this again? We both know I could rip you to shreds and do my nails at the same time."

"What do you want?" Stefan asked as he stood back up.

"I wanted to see you." She tells him. "I've missed you, Stefan. Indulge me for a little while, please?"

"Why are you back in town?" He asked.

"3 reasons." Katherine replies. "You, you, and you."

"See, I can't quite get that down." Stefan says. "It just kind of...ahem...gets stuck in my throat."

"You know, it's the truth. Deep down inside that gorgeous body of yours is the Stefan that fell in love with me, too." Katherine says.

Stefan looked at his phone and smiled till he realized Katherine was still in the room. He looked up and gave her a look wondering what she just said.

Alaina smiled as she walked into the house with food. "I'm so going to kill Damon for this." She mumbled. "Mom, I'm home."

"Thank you for getting the stuff I need."

Alaina nodded as she couldn't wait to go to Stefan's later. She misses him.

Stefan held his a glass of blood in his hand as he saw Katherine reading his journal. "You shouldn't read someone's journal."

"I know. I'm sorry." Katherine says. "It was just too tempting, all your inner thoughts and feelings, laying there on your desk for me to read."

Stefan rolled his eyes at how desperate Katherine was trying to see if there are any feelings, but to her disappointment, there is none. Just for Alaina Richardson. Stefan took the book from her. "Damon's private stock." He says as he handed the glass to Katherine.

"That's right! You don't do human." She says. "I read that." She took a sip. "I also read about your recent werewolf sighting. That must have come as a surprise."

"What do you know about werewolves?" He asked as he knew Alaina would be encouraging him to get answers. Despite him wanting her out of his house.

"I know not to pet one." Katherine says twirling her hair. "Their bite kills, Stefan. It's best to stay clear of them during a full moon."

"How do you know this?" He asked.

"Who do you think was responsible for ridding this town of vampires in 1864?" Katherine asked to see if he had an idea who.

"The founding families." Stefan answered.

"Spearheaded by?"

It took a minute for Stefan to realize what she was saying. "The Lockwoods."

"You remember the Founder's Ball, don't you?" Katherine asked. "The one that you were dreaming about?"

"I was your escort." He says hating that he had to admit that. He was actually dreaming of him and Alaina at the ball, but Katherine manipulated his dreams.
