"Klaus, Alaina is close to her due date. We can't keep going." Stefan tells him. "I need to find a place for her to be comfortable and more relaxed till she has the baby."
Klaus knew that Stefan would talk to him about taking Alaina to a safer place. He thought of Chicago. "She may not be able to take a plane, but you can get a car and drive there. Take her to Chicago."
Stefan nodded as he went to his wife. Alaina was sound asleep at the hotel and Stefan was going to enjoy a few days with her without Taylor and Klaus. His baby is almost here and him and Alaina are prepared for his or hers birth. He heard his brother and Alaric with Elena, but he didn't care, he had a wife to get too. That's Taylor's problem.

Waking up, Alaina was groaning in pain as she waited for Stefan. Pulling her phone out, she called Stefan just for him to enter the room. "Thank God. I think I'm having contractions." She tells him.
Stefan went to her side. "Come on, we'll go to the hospital. Maybe our trip to Chicago will have to wait." He tells her. "Our baby is coming."
Alaina cried in pain as the contractions were close. Picking her up, Stefan carried her out of the hotel room to see if she's ready.
