Alaina heard about the new teacher, Alaric. She also wondered how Damon was taking that he didn't kill Lexi like planned. She saw Bonnie and Elena who were waiting by her locker. "Now that your here. You need to hear the reason behind why I keep seeing Emily."

"Okay, what do you think it is."

"I think she's trying to tell me something." Bonnie tells the two as they walked together. "I think it has something to do with this necklace."

"Isn't that what Damon is trying to get back?" Elena tells her.

Bonnie nodded making the two friends look at one another. The bell rang causing them all to walk off, but Alaina stopped. "Heads up, new history teacher."

Alaina saw Damon leaving and stopped him. "Leave Bonnie alone." She tells him. "Just because your obsessing over that damn necklace doesn't give you rights to bother her."

"She has something that belongs to me." He tells her. "I will get what I want."

Alaina watched as Damon walked away as Elena walked over with Bonnie. "Alaina?"

"Let me call Stefan and tell him what's going on."

Elena and Bonnie nodded as they watched Alaina call Stefan. She explained what Damon was doing and what he told her. Bonnie and Elena were shocked that the blonde stood up to Damon. Once she hung up, Alaina looked at them. "He doesn't know, but he will find out why Damon is desperate to get that necklace back." She tells them as they walked together. "All he knows it used to belong to Katherine."

Alaina was humming as she was cooking her something to eat. She didn't know that Elena was going to get their friends to stop fighting. She heard Caroline and Bonnie. "Should I ask?" Alaina asked from her spot in the kitchen.

"I'm trying to get our friends to stop fighting."

"Caroline, that necklace wasn't for you to take." Alaina tells her. "Now. How about we all sit down and eat."

They nodded, but things started to escalate. Alaina sighed as she walked into the living room with Bonnie. "I promise, Alaina. I threw that necklace away."

"I believe you, but seeing that it's back. Emily wants something from you."

"But what."

Alaina saw Caroline and walked out to let the two talk. She walked up to her room to put something away when Elena, Caroline, and Bonnie walked in not long after she started cleaning. "We're going to have a seance."

"Why do I have this feeling that this seance will back fire?" Alaina said.

"We won't know till we tried it."

Alaina sighed as she had a bad feeling about this. She walked into Elena's room and sat down. Together they all did the seance, but with the cold chill Alaina got. "Okay, I'm done and I'll be downstairs if you three need me." She said as she walked out.

Alaina was reading when she heard someone walking downstairs. Turning to see who it was, the blonde noticed something different about her friend. "Bonnie?" The witch stopped and turned to look at her. "Your not Bonnie!"

"No." She tells the blonde. "I can't let him release them."

"Them?" Alaina mumbled and realized what the amulet was for. Before the spell to lock them in the house, Alaina made it out and followed. She dialed Stefan's number. "Stefan, she's going back to the old fell church. To where it all began."

She walked through the woods looking for Emily. "Where is she?" She mumbled till she saw Bonnie. "Emily, what ever you are doing, please don't."

"I'm sorry, Alaina." Emily tells her.

Alaina stopped as she saw Damon and Stefan not to far from her. "Alaina." Elena said as she got beside of the blonde. "What is Emily doing?"

"Destroying the amulet.' She said. "The one thing that is keeping Damon from getting to Katherine or who ever it is he wants out."

Alaina watched the amulet get thrown up just to blow up. Alaina looked and saw Damon. "No!" Alaina cried out as she ran over as fast as she could before shoving Bonnie out of the way just for Damon to bite into her.

"Alaina!" Stefan said as he ran to her.

Damon dropped Alaina and looked at the blonde guilty. Stefan grabbed her and bit his wrist. "What are you doing?" Elena asked him as Bonnie watched.

"Giving her my blood to heal her." He tells her.

They watched the wound heal. Alaina woke up and looked at Stefan. "Hi." She says.

"We'll give you two some space." Bonnie said, but Elena looked at him.

"Don't leave because of what I said. I see how much you love Alaina and I came to see you as my friend." Elena tells him before she walked away.

"Alaina, I'm sorry."

"Your not staying." She said as she looked at him. "Stefan..."

"It's to keep you safe and everyone else." Stefan tells her as he kissed her head.

"So I guess it's over."

"No." He tells her. "We can do long distance." Alaina nodded as he kissed her. Alaina had tears in her eyes as they pulled apart. "I'm going to go deal with Damon."

Alaina nodded as he left. The blonde looked back at Elena and Bonnie and walked over to them.

Alaina sat on her bed crying as she won't see Stefan. Elena and Bonnie walked in and cried with her. One of fear and the other over her friend's heartbreak. Alaina hopes she can get him to stay with her in Mystic Falls.
