"This hurts." She tells Jenna. "Can't I just wear regular clothes?"

"No." Jenna tells her. "You just have to suck it in, baby."

Alaina smiled once Jenna was done. She couldn't wait to surprise Stefan. She walked out and saw Elena. Stefan was shocked by how much Elena resembled Katherine till his eyes landed on Alaina. "Wow." He said as he walked by Elena over to Alaina. "You look beautiful."

"Thank you." She tells him.

"We need to talk.' He said as they went for a walk. "I've done told Elena her father is John, but yours is shocking."

"Who is it?"

"Alaric."

Alaina looked at him shocked and towards where Alaric is. "Does he know?"

"No. To him he thinks his child is dead because Kate told him she had a miscarriage when she actually signed you over to Jenna."

Alaina nodded and looked at him. "Lets get this parade going."

After the parade ended, Alaina was dressed in regular clothes when Elena came running to her. "Stefan is looking for you, but I told him that I would have you go home with Caroline."

"Okay, but why?"

"Tomb vampires are planning their attack."

Alaina nodded. "Tell Stefan to come see me after everything is dealt with."

Elena nodded as she watched Alaina leave. The blonde ran after Caroline and got in the car. Stefan walked over and looked at Elena. "Where's Alaina?'

"I told her to go home."

Stefan nodded as a sound was heard only by him. "Stefan?"

Alaina screamed as Tyler covered his ears as he complained about a noise.

"Caroline, grab the wheel."

Alaina doesn't remember what happened next as the car crashed into the tree.

Matt called Stefan from Alaina's phone. "Stefan, its Matt. I thought you should know that Alaina is in the hospital." He tells Stefan.

Stefan felt his heart shatter and left before he went to the Gilbert resident to see Alaina. "Alaric, you need to be there." He tells him.

"Why?"

"Kate lied about your baby dying. That baby is Alaina and she was involved in a terrible accident."

Alaric nodded as they went to be with Alaina in the hospital.
