(This is a shortened, paraphrased version of the actual conversation.)

My therapist: What's your stress level?

Me: Uhhh... Seven?

My therapist: That's pretty high. So what makes up that seven?

Me: (goes through all of my classes)

My therapist: Is there anything you're leaving out?

Me: Well... the final project for Honors Beyond Your Bubble, I'm kind of worried about that conversation and how that's going to go and everything.

My therapist: Anything else?

Me: ... No, I don't think so.

My therapist: Okay, so I wanna point out that all of the things you just listed that are contributing to your stress are school stuff.

Me: (smiles nervously)

My therapist: And when I asked if there was anything else, what did you say? More school!!

Me: ... Yes.

But actually, it's more that my stressors shift from the semesters and the breaks. During the semesters, I'm hyperfocused on school, and then during the breaks, I can worry about life things like cleaning my room, driving, etc.
