CHAPTER 34 - BIRTHDAY 🎊

Leo, who was trying to wake up his Mr. , became extremely nervous. He swallowed hard and took a deep breath, silently praying that his Mr. wouldn’t be angry about the surprise that had been carefully prepared.

Feeling like his life was on the line, Leo gently touched his Mr.'s thigh to wake him up. But even after calling his name, Nath remained unresponsive.

Leo checked the time, and panic surged through him—it was almost time for the surprise. Everyone was waiting, and they couldn’t afford to be late.

Leo: Mr. Natha ? Please wake up 😟. Mr ? Mr ?

Finally, after several attempts, Nath slowly woke up. He lifted his sleeping eye mask, looking very confused.

Nath: Where are we ? “He asked in a sleepy voice”

Leo: Umm… Mr. ? Could you please get out of the car for a moment 😶 ?

Nath: This place feels familiar… but why does it look so different ?

Leo: Mr… erm, someone wants to see you here. “Leo made up an excuse to get him out of the car”

Nath glanced at his phone.

Nath: It's almost midnight. Who would want to meet me here at this hour ? Leo, are you out of your mind—accepting an appointment without telling me first ? “Nath started to get angry”

Leo: Mr. 😥 I’m really sorry. I don’t mind if you fire me after this, but please… can you just meet that person 🙏🏻 ?

With a mix of anger and curiosity on his face, Nath stepped out of the car. He kept thinking about how familiar this place was—it was somewhere he had been many times before. But now, something looked so different. Had the place changed ?

Nath: Leo… who exactly am I meeting here ? There’s no one around. Doesn’t this place seem dark to you ? Let’s go home 😠.

Leo: Mr… Mr… please, let’s go inside first 😥.

Nath: What ? Go inside this place ? Leo ! Who would still want to meet me here? It’s too late now, and this place is clearly closed !

Leo: Mr. , just follow my instructions. Trust me 🙏🏻.

Leo began leading the way, guiding his Mr. toward the café that appeared completely dark—as if no one was inside. Nath followed behind, visibly irritated. Leo, nervous, slowly checked the condition of the café, hoping everything was ready as planned.

He gently pushed the café door open while Nath let out a loud sigh behind him, a sound that made Leo even more worried—afraid that Nath might hate the surprise he had arranged 😟.

As Nath stepped into the dimly lit space, which looked exactly like the café he was familiar with, the lights suddenly turned on. A group of people erupted into a cheerful chorus of “Happy Birthday” , leaving Nath completely stunned. It hit him all at once—midnight on 08/08.. it was his birthday 😶.

Nath looked around the café, confused and overwhelmed, recognizing most of the faces in the crowd. He wondered when all these people had arrived to throw a surprise party for him. They all looked so elegant and stunning ✨.

Then someone stepped forward holding a cake, smiling as they asked Nath to make a wish and blow out the candles. Although still slightly irritated, Nath began to calm down. His eyes found Leo, and he gave him a stern look as a warning.
