CHAPTER 28 - TAKE CARE 🦋

FYI - Start from now on, I will not use any of MAXNAT photo for this Fanfic because it's hard to find a photo to suit the situation.

[After the commotion of the phone call that happened a few minutes ago. The car became silent. Nath returned to focus on his driving. Max who was still pretending to sleep turned his face to look out the car window]

*He kept thinking who was the man talking with his husky voice that made Nath look so happy😌*

[There is a noise that disturbs Nath from driving. Max fell asleep. Max's head kept hitting the car window. Nath stopped his car again but this time he put a neck pillow on Max. Nath presses the button on Max's seat so he can lie comfortably]

Nath: Aurghh. I don't want to say this while watching him sleep but he looks pretty cute if not angry🙂. *In his small voice*

*Nath refocuses on his driving but the notification sounds keep ringing on his phone. Nath knew it was a chat from Leo because Nath had set another ringtone for his assistant*

*Since his text didn't get a reply from Nath.. Leo decided to call him. Nath is prohibited from driving. If possible, he will send a bodyguard to pick up Nath. As everyone knows how worried and scared Leo was when Nath disappeared*

[Every time his Mr. goes missing, Leo always recalls the past when Nath ran away from home. The fight between Nath and his father is something Leo will never forget. If that happens again. He needs to contact Mer who is Nath's sister but he doesn't want to trouble Mer]

[Leo also remembers how the Jace family tried to cover Nath's disappearance from the media. Especially on the day Nath ran away from home right after his family's new business was launched and because of that the media keep an eye on the Jace family]

*The media know how to play their role especially in the affairs of rich families. They will twist every word in the media. The media is good at assuming things and writing rubbish articles without knowing which one is true and which is false. The scariest thing is when their articles can lead to the destruction of one's business*

[Leo also doesn't want to feel embarrassed because he has been Nath's assistant for 5 years and sometimes it is still difficult for him to control Nath's behavior. Like what just happened. How did Nath manage to escape from home without being noticed by one of his bodyguards? Because of this sometimes Leo chooses to stay at Nath's house for 1 to 3 days to observe him]

[Leo knows how uncomfortable it is to be watched 24/7 but Leo needs to be more vigilant about the whereabouts of his Mr. Nath because Nath has an image to maintain especially now that Nath is an ambassador for his family business]

[There are many rivals trying to bring down Jace's family. One wrong move from any of them can be a big issue for the business industry. Not only that, Leo didn't want to see his Mr. in deep depression because of his family anymore]

[It was hard for him to see Nath being cold to everyone who tried to get close to him. Leo respects people who can befriend Nath, it's not easy to gain his trust]

[A year ago Leo had to call Nath many times and wait for Nath to answer the phone calls from him which required a lot of patience, but now Nath's behavior is better than before, even though Leo knows that his calls are very annoying to his Mr. but Nath still answered his call]

Leo: Mr? Are you already on your way??

Nath: Yes, Leo. I am driving now🙂.

*Leo knew his Master's voice was angry. So he immediately wanted to end the phone call*

Leo: Alright. Please be careful while driving😟.

Nath: Umm 🙂.

*Finally, after several hours of driving they arrive at the Rainbowall cafe. Nath touched Max's shoulder to wake him up. Max opens his eyes and sees Nath smiling at him*

[Max gulps how handsome Nath is. Max thought about touching Nat's pink lips. Not only that, Max also thought of stroking Nath's chubby cheeks]

*Max looks at Nath without blinking. Nath thought that maybe Max was not fully aware which made Nath laugh and asked*

Nath: Are your eyes okay? Why are you looking at me like that ☺?

*Max pretends to cough to avoid looking at Nath*

Max: What are you talking about? I'm just not fully awake. Trying to gather back the soul that just left my body🙂.

Nath: Okay☺ I will accept your excuse because you look adorable when you lie.

Max: I'm not lying.

*Nath suddenly touches Max's ear*

Nath: Next time if you want to lie, don't let your lie be obvious. Look at your own ears, they are very red 😌.

*Max immediately uses his hands to hide his ears and tries to make another excuse. He forgot that his ears would turn red when he was embarrassed about something*

Max: It's really hot here🙂.

[Max opens the car door and gets out of the car. Only 2 people in the car. The longer he was in the car.. the nervousness kept coming. The tension between the two of them made Max's heart feel like jumping out of his chest]

*Nath suddenly called Max's name*

Nath: Max.......

Max: What else do you want from me😒??

Nath: I just want to say Thank you for accompanying me. Even though you accompanied me forcefully because of the threat of 40% apology that I purposely planned☺.

*Is that a sincere thank you from Nath to Max? Aurghh , Max hates that he has mixed feelings about Nath*

Max: Umm, I don't know how to respond to your *Thank You* because this is all your plan but I appreciate your *Thank You*.

Nath: Have a good rest☺.

Max: Be careful.

Nath: Excuse me? What did you say earlier?

Max: Nothing🙄.

Nath : I will BE CAREFUL ☺.

Max: You heard what I said earlier but act like you didn't hear 😒.

Nath: I just want to hear you say that again ☺ but I know you won't. I need to go now.

[Max stands in front of his cafe as he watches Nath's car leave in the blink of an eye. The little devil drives his car like in formula one. What if Nath has an accident because of the way he drives]

[It's funny how Max realizes that he cares about Nath's safety. This time Max didn't want to deny his feelings. His hatred towards Nath is fading little by little]

*Max pulls out his phone and starts typing something on his phone*

" Notify me when you get home " - Sent*

*Max puts his phone down but in a flash he realizes that he just texted Nath. Max tries to undo the message he just sent but Nath has already read the message*

Max: Argh! He must think I care about him. Wahhhh... must be losing my mind. Damn, why did I do that??? God!! Why did I hit the send button!

*Max panics as he cares about Nath not only in his mind but also his hands. He thinks why are his hands typing all those messages?*
