Haleemah

"Addah Lee"

Jameemah called and I smiled at the name I was beginning to love as time goes on.

"I think he should blur this part" She stopped to move the cursor to the exact point, "and overlay it with this caption. And then this part seems a bit stretch, maybe we should change the effect"

I nodded, signifying to the editor to do his job.

"Jameemah" I called. "You've done a good job"

She smiled and I already knew she's fed up of where she is. Jameemah is undergoing a post traumatic stress disorder and is very uncomfortable with presence of people. Anyone else, except me.

I barely managed to drag her out of her room so that she may help in setting up a 20 minutes video for WMCY. I noticed she has a passion for that from her Instagram handle. The fake search for her though had turned serious. And need I say that WMCY doesn't care.

Yeah we'll do what we can to save anyone. That's our motto!

"Let's go" I say to her relieve.

Slow steps.

It's very easy to cause destruction but it takes time to repair it. Jameemah is actually recovering really too slowly.

"Good Morning Senator"
I smiled sweetly letting myself in comfortably in senator Gaje's office while scrutinizing every corner of the office.

From a glance I knew he didn't have any hidden camera in here and even if he does, it is to his own detriment not mine.

"What are you doing here, Rahma?"

You know, It pays to know how to research right. Senator Gaje here has visited Scotland three times this year and on each of his flights, there's this particular Rahma enlisted. Same date, same cabinet. I figured out that coincidence or not, that piece of information could prove useful.

For example, as a makeup done to resemble her.

And it did because it bought me time for my backup in person of Sarah to scan his thumbprint on the handle of the door without his absolute knowledge.

I need that strictly for business.

"Senator Gaje! If I were you, I'll invite me in to discuss business straight away. Because It's not everyday you are right about everything" I concluded hinting something that would intrigue him before I get thrown out of his office and with my mission unaccomplished.

When he offered me a seat, I danced in my head knowing I've passed the five-minute impression test and I now have the upper hand.

An ordinary appointment with Senator Gaje is second to impossible. So Halima 'Aliyy definitely stands no chance, a journalist icon or not.

But Leemah Ali does. Because she was an upgraded version of me someone cannot turn down. Rahma is one, to him. I'm impersonating but don't worry, I'll let that piece of information slip out on my way out of this office. For now I'll be Rahma.

"Here" I handed him a business card that showed him I'm an undercover agent registered under the First Lady of Nigeria and he went quiet. The hell Hajja had to go through to make that possible just to bring high profile culprits to the table our way, I mean without the involvement of the police and thinking only about the victims.

He's probably thinking of the ways he'd attracted the First Lady's attention. But that's not my problem.

"Here" I placed a familiar picture on the table and he got flustered. Of course it's the picture of Jamima, his daughter.
