Nini's pov

We're in drama class right now. The play has really progressed well. I'm not terribly sure what's going on with me and Ricky. I've tried the whole being nice thing and it's not really working. Well it is in the sense that he's also kinda being nice and we don't argue anymore but I'm still second guessing. Everyone's convincing me that it'll be only a short wait or something like that until he asks me out, yes I know. I think that I want to I don't know date him maybe? Especially since prom is coming up and the play is literally in 5 days! The costumes and everything is ready, we're all set to go...well just one scene is left. The transformation. Ricky would ALWAYS take like a year to take off the mask and when he did he would chuck it straight at Natalie's face. EVERY TIME! It was funny nonetheless but last night we all busily made some weird rotating platform thing and it seems to be working, we just have to get used to it.

Ricky's pov

"There we go!" Miss Jen called out to me. I have finally mastered the transformation. I think everyone's relieved because that's all we've been working in for the past hour. I walked off the stage and went to sit down. 

"Nini, can I just talk to you about your costume please?" Miss Jen asked. Nini nodded and went up to speak to her. The second she left Kourtney turned to me. "When are you going to ask her out?"

"What?"

"Come on, dude. We're all just waiting" Jett said.

"Do you have a plan" Ashlyn asked me

I thought for a couple of seconds before answering. "I'm thinking after the show"

"What are you going to do?"

"I don't know"

"You don't know?!"

"Come on Richard"

"Alright calm down I didn't know today was Ricky slander day. Geez" I laughed. They laughed with me and I continued. "I'll probably just make a speech or something"

"Ooh! We're so helping you write it!"

"I'm thinking more of like a spur of the moment kinda thing. Something genuine and heartfelt"

"Ooooh Ricky, didn't know you were such a hopeless romantic" Gina cooed.

Everyone's running around chaotically backstage while we get into costumes and everything. I started to go around, handing opening night cards to everyone. First I went up to Seb and Carlos. Im not sure what's happening or what happened but Carlos looks like he's just seen a ghost. "Hey guys!" I said handing them the cards.
