King Fredric addresses the crowd with a proud smile.

King Fredric: We have much to celebrate during this year's goodwill Gopher Grab. Not only is this the 500th anniversary, but we commemorate this, Princess Rapunzel's very first festival.

The crowd erupts into cheers and applause.

King Fredric: To make this joyous event, our princess has redesigned the Gopher Grab seal of goodwill.

He gestures to a large banner, which is unfurled to reveal the new symbol.

King Fredric: Ladies and gentlemen of Corona, Princess Rapunzel.

Rapunzel steps forward, looking out at the crowd with excitement and nerves.

Rapunzel: (laughs) Thank you so much. Aw! You're all too kind.

A man in the crowd boos.

Rapunzel: And a boo to you too, sir!

Next scene,

Y/n leaned against a nearby wall, his arms crossed as he watched Rapunzel interact with the crowd. "I gotta hand it to you, Blondie," he said with a smirk. "The people of Corona love you."

A little girl approached Rapunzel, her eyes wide with admiration. "You're the best," she declared.

Rapunzel beamed with pride. "They sure do know how to make a girl feel special," she said. "I mean, I've never heard so much applause, and someone actually booed me."

Y/n raised an eyebrow. "Forget that guy," he said dismissively. "I wouldn't pay too much attention-"

Rapunzel's eyes lit up. "I've never even heard that cheer before," she said. "It's so exotic."

Y/n's smirk turned into a full-blown grin. "Huh? Do you think he's from overseas?" he asked, playing along.

Rapunzel nodded eagerly. "Yeah, I do," she said. "It's a cheer. Like 'yippie,' 'hooray,' 'boo' right?"

Y/n chuckled. "Uh..." he began, but Rapunzel cut him off.

"No?" she asked, her brow furrowing in confusion. "All right, so what does it mean?"

Y/n leaned in closer, his voice dropping to a low growl. "It means they don't like you, Blondie," he said. "But don't worry, I'll make sure nobody boos you again." He winked at her, then turned and walked away, his coat billowing out behind him.

As he walked, he pulled out a small device and spoke into it. "Peacemaker to base," he said. "I've got a potential threat to the princess's safety. Requesting backup."

He continued to scan the crowd, his eyes narrowed and his hand resting on the hilt of his sword. He was ready for anything, and he would stop at nothing to protect Rapunzel.

Next scene.

Cassandra: It means someone hates you.

Rapunzel's eyes widened in shock, her hand flying to her mouth.

Y/n: Way to sugarcoat it, Cassandra. Why don't you tell her how the world really is?

Rapunzel: But why wouldn't someone like me? What could I have done to this person?

Y/n: Oh, come on, Blondie. You can't seriously be that naive. Not everyone is going to love you. In fact, some people are going to hate your guts for no reason at all. That's just the way the world works.

Cassandra: Y/n is right. Someone could not like you for any number of reasons. For instance, maybe they think your hair is too long and obnoxious, or maybe they think your laugh sounds like a donkey braying.
