"Why on earth is he here?!" I told Kath while having a sneak shot at the bar, "Sorry dear, I gave Badj the authority to invite his basketball varsity league in highschool, and I was not informed that the guy who broke my dearest friend's heart will show up." answered Kath while enjoying her own cocktail mix.

I was at the state of shock when I saw him here in my bestfriend's post wedding party, he was the only guy I will never forget. He was my high school crush and my dream guy, because even in daydreams all I can see was him, only him, and I never thought after how many years, our paths will meet again.

I keep myself calm, not being affected by his presence. But every time I caught him looking at me, I can't help but smile? Since when did I have the guts to smile at him? After what he has done? I was a fool to fall for someone like Andrew Philips.

"Hey" a very familiar voice came close to me, when I look up, I almost drop the martini glass. "Hey!! Drew! It was nice seeing you again." and my best friend just betrayed me as soon as she kissed the cheeks of the guy I really hate. "Best wishes!" he told Kath with those sexy smile and tantalizing blue eyes. Then he look at me, "how are you, Carina?" he asked me, I almost choked when I heard him saying my name. "She'd rather be called Carrie from now on," Kath told him, then those sweet silent laugh that I missed I know it's silent but I can hear how sweet it is.

"Ow, sorry maybe I need to be oriented with the new trends nowadays, I didn't know even the names where changed" he joked, yeah obviously it was a joke. "No it's ok," I finally had the courage to speak, "I'm fine and how about you, Drew?" saying his name was like plunging the knife deeper in me, the deeper it gets the number it become.

We talked, well it was just a chit chat for me, or let's say I just had an interview, a question and answer portion with the boy I used to hate long time ago, who is now a man, with oozing sex appeal, with a beach bum body, sexy grins and mysteriously looking glares. Oh my gosh, I can't help but drool, what is happening with me? I know I've moved on, as in I already totally shut down all the memories I have with this guy but everything's changed, his looks, his stance, his way of talking, and... did I just heard he is a big time real estate CEO bachelor?

"Wow. You're magnificent Drew." then Kath glared at me, hey what was that? "Yeah. Hard work's a habit." he smirked; those were the sexiest smirks I've ever seen. Then my mind was distracted with this familiar rock band song, "I know this song!" Kath shouted just as Badji could hear and ask her to dance.

This was our senior's night memory song, oh I missed those days, then suddenly he extends his hand, "can I ask Ms. Lee for a dance?" then there, my knees went like Jell-O, I just smiled and gave in.

Everyone in this placed were hypnotized by the song, they are all laughing, singing, dancing and absolutely drunk. It was like the night on our senior's night, the memory kept rushing in my mind, and I'm here shaking my ass out with the guy I used to hate or love. I was like living in my teenage life; I made a mental note to thank Kath or Badji I may say, for this night, because this night is the best night ever.
