Instead of staying in her room, she went to Raven's room. Her room was very similar to her own room. Clarke was on Raven's bed with Raven sitting in front of her. She was taking Raven's braids out as they talked.

She ran her finger between the strands of hair, separating them. Raven's hair length was just below her shoulders but it was pretty thick. Her brown hair was silky and soft. Clarke was always jealous of her hair since it was perfect and didn't need much care to get it in the perfect state.

Clarke grabbed the comb next to her. "You and Finn really are hitting it off." Raven said as Clarke started to run the comb through her hair.

Clarke sighed. She did like Finn. She didn't know what their relationship would turn into though. It was too early to tell. "Yeah." She said, The comb got stuck in a small knot in her hair. She started to comb it out. "I don't know if I could ever love him, it's too early to tell." Right now, she would like to maybe go on a date with him or spend some time alone with him to get to know him.

The knot in her hair got combed out. "What do you think about Alexandria?" Raven asked.

"I find her annoying." Clarke said. Raven turned around to look at her. She had a confused expression on her face. "You are gonna say, 'oh you don't know her' or whatever but she's full of herself. You can just tell but looking at her." Raven looked surprised but turned back around.

She started to separate her hair into three sections to braid it. She put her hair into a loose braid and tied it off with a rubber band. "I think you are too judgy." Raven told her. "You know what they say, never judge a fish on its ability to transcribe." Clarke bursted out laughing, falling backwards on the bed. "What? Is that not the saying?"

Clarke shook her head, rolling around on the bed. She held her stomach as it started to hurt from laughing so hard. Raven looked at her confused. "You mean, never judge a book by its cover." She said, through laughter.

"What's the one with the fish?" Raven asked. Clarke wiped tears from her eyes and let out a sigh. "Oh! It's like, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree." Clarke started to laugh all over again. Raven grabbed a pillow and threw it at her upper body. She grabbed the pillow from on top of her and hit Raven with it. "You are lucky you are getting married soon, otherwise I'd beat you up for that."

Clarke stuck out her tongue at her. Raven dropped the pillow on her face and then laid down next to her. She took the pillow off and placed it behind her head. "It's crazy that I'm getting married." Clarke said, looking at the designs of the ceiling. "I feel old."

"You are old." Raven added. Clarke looked over at her and glarred. "Listen, your mom found a single piece of gray hair in your hair. You'll be nineteen and already balding." They both laughed.

Clarke stayed in Raven's room for a little longer. When she left, the sun was totally down so she figured she would give Raven time to get ready for bed before it gets too late. She felt a little better after talking to Raven about how she felt about Finn. She was just gonna go with the flow for now and see what will happen.

She returned to her room, which was only across the hallway, and yawned. Her bags were by her dresser and closet. She would put her stuff away later, right now, she wanted to go to bed.

She grabbed a nightgown from her suitcase and changed out of her day clothes. There wasn't a place to put her dirty clothes that she knew of, so she just folded them up and put them on her dresser. She would ask someone about that later.

Once she was dressed and was done using the bathroom, she stepped outside on the balcony to see what everything looked like at night. The night was a little chilly and brisk but that didn't bother her. At least there wasn't wind.
