Chapter 71

Zoey overheard Jazz talking as she opened the door.

An old memory popped up in her head.

"And you are a disgrace to The Royal Queen Mary!", Zoey exclaimed. She didn't even think as the words flew out of her mouth.

"It's so good for you to join us, sister.", Jazz stated.

"You're not my sister and never will be.", Zoey spat out at Jazz with venom.

"How much do you remember?", Jazz questioned as she walked closer to Zoey.

"That we are the descendants of Queen Mary, why?", Zoey lied and asked Jazz.

"That's good sis, did you get the information from Romano yet?", Jazz asked as she patted Zoey's shoulder.

"Yes. We've got everything we need. Let's kill him now.", Zoey stated as she walked over to Alex who was on the floor, and pulled out one of her katanas from its sheath.

"Let's have a little fun with him first.", Jazz said.

"Oh, and I need to talk with you Jazz or Sabrina, I don't know anymore.", Zoey shrugged.

"It's Jazz, sister. And what is it?", Jazz asked as she walked over to Zoey.

"Whose blood is in my veins?", Zoey asked as she stared at Alex.

"It's mine.", Jazz stated.

"Good.", Zoey muttered under her breath.

Zoey pulled out a gun and shot at the lights and then the alcohol and took out a lighter and lit it up. Alex looked at her confused, but she knew what she was doing. Zoey pulled Alex up and shot at the glass window and threw him out and he landed safely on the couch that Romano and Zoey sat on earlier. Alex got up and wiped his mouth to see blood on it. It wasn't his blood, his eyes widened as Zoey cut herself quietly, Alex realized that Zoey cut herself in order to try and heal Alex.

Zoey took out the other katana too and held it in a correct stance.

"You're being stupid, Zoey.", Jazz stated with annoyance as she loaded her gun.

"And you're disgustingly trying to steal my husband whom I didn't even know!", Zoey stated as her grip got tighter on the swords.

Zoey charged toward Jazz and managed to cut her before Jazz could fire her gun at her. Jazz groaned in pain.

"You're going to pay for this!", Jazz shouted at Zoey.

"Tell that to Edward, you guys have been using me, how can you be so sick to work with him?", Zoey stated as she started to walk back towards the door but kept her eyes trained on Jazz with ease. She stopped and pressed her open-cut hand against the sword so Damien could smell it.

Damien woke up instantly and changed into a wolf. He was on his paws and his fur was pitch black.

"How did you wake up? That's impossible.", Jazz stated in confusion.

"A magician never reveals their secrets.", Zoey said. "Damien, get Alex out of here, I don't know if my blood was enough to get him up and running."

Damien wined.

"Go. Now!", Zoey yelled at him and Damien obeyed.

"Well played Zoey.", Jazz stated as she started to fire at Zoey but Zoey had the katanas handles faced against each other and used them to deflect all of the bullets quickly and started to run towards Jazz while doing so.

Zoey pulled away both of the katanas and kicked Jazz in the stomach, she curled up and Zoey kicked her to the ground. Jazz tried to shoot at Zoey but she had the heel of her boot on Jazz's wrist, making her cry in pain. Zoey put one katana back in its sheath and was about to stab Jazz before she was pulled away quickly.
