A/n✨ soooo major manga spoilers I took some things from the story plot. Beware. Tw ⚠️ blood, kidnapping, abuse, torture, reader gets Stockholm syndrome BAD, mental health awareness reader is depressed, death, there isn't any smut but I mentioned Muzan going down on ya during that time of the month so beware of that.  I don't really see him as having a dick idk why so that's why no smut. Also he's a great villain fr so I wanna keep that vibe with him in this, he IS using the reader, reader doesn't realize this due to the Stockholm.

You've had a long life and yet you still were so young in age it didn't make any sense.

People always looked over you and taken advantage of your kindness, your entire life.

Your parents are abusive assholes.

Your long term on again off again boyfriend cheated on you with someone you thought was your best friend.

And to top it all off, your hours at work have been slowly decreasing. Leaving you a little hungry and behind on bills.

Nothing seems to be going right.

You wanted nothing more but the study of plants and your family mocked you, saying you'll never find a real career in that. So much that you started to doubt yourself, your purpose in life really.

You are walking to your car one evening after class and didn't realize your small sketchbook slipped out your side pocket of your bag.

You make it to the car and got ready to pull off when a tall person in a fedora mysteriously appeared at your window.

You scream naturally terrified, and he lifts your sketchbook out and waves it in front of the window.

"Oh is that mine?! I didn't realize I dropped it!." You say while rolling the window down low enough to slip it through

"thank you"

"it's no problem at all I'd keep a closer eye on that, you have some beautiful sketches in there" he tells you

"oh hehe I'm embarrassed did you see my sloppy sketches it has all my drawings and descriptions of different plants, I doodle a lot in class" you ramble on to the stranger
"I'm sorry.. I'm rambling, thank you again." You turned back straight getting ready to drive off

"It's not a problem y/n." Your skin crawls for a moment as you look back at him

"wait... h... how did you know my name.. I never told you?" You questioned wearily

"its on the cover of the book of course" he says calmly

"oh right" you respond nervously chuckling the awkwardness away. He leans up and you get a better view of him he was really tall, had a slim muscular built with wavy black hair. Even in the dark you noticed his skin is unnaturally pale

"you wouldn't happen to be a botanist would you?" He asks smiling a small grin at you, his teeth are perfect, you were obviously checking him out

"Not officially I'm still in school, why do you ask?"

"I just saw the drawings and was wondering if you've ever came across a plant called the blue spider Lilly?"

"Hmm spider Lilly..  those only bloom during the day time right?" He doesn't respond just stares at you blankly his eyes are almond like a cat almost, they pierced right through you.

"I don't know much but I bet my instructor Mr. Albertsons does!" You have a think out loud moment.

"Let me ask him tomorrow and then I'll have more information for you.... Can I meet you at the  bench over there tomorrow around this time?" You ask
