You hold your head up towards the sky with your eyes closed trying to narrow down the sound you heard when suddenly there was another sniffle. Your eyes struck open and you took off in the direction from which you heard the cries with Tokito following close behind

As you got closer to the sounds you grab the hilt of your sword knowing you were nearing your target as soon as your eyes laid on the demon before you could even react Tokito disappeared from your side and beheaded him quicker than a gust of air.

You watched as the head of the crying demon continues to shed his tears and waited to hear his heart stop beating but for some reason not only could you hear his heartbeat continue but you could hear two now. One in each ear, the right coming from the body that was beheaded originally while the left was coming from the head and suddenly it all made sense why there was another heartbeat, the head grew a body from it when it bounced off the ground and then the body also grew another head. Seemingly just separating into two.
You and Tokito both spring into action, you going after the original body that was still standing that he cut but when you thought your blade met his neck he blocked your attack at the very last second with his large staff. You jumped in front of him redirecting the energy from the hit and stood directly in front of him you noticed instantly he had a completely different appearance than before.
