The next day came too soon. Your eyes were still red and you could say the same with Kaveh. You got ready before him. He was done by the time you also finished getting ready.
"I'm never letting you pick a movie for us to watch ever again." He just laughed at your comment as the car reached the Akademiya.
As you reached your classroom, you saw the others sitting at your usual spot. They turned their heads as they noticed the two of you and some waved with a smile.
"You guys aren't early as usual," Dehya said as you and Kaveh took your seats.
"Try asking Kaveh what the heck happened last night." Kaveh laughed at you before telling them what happened. Some laughed while others sighed as they heard the story.
"You guys should've invited me over, I would have made you guys stay up the whole night!" Dehya said as she and Kaveh were still laughing as you looked at them.
'Who's idea was it anyway?" Tighnari asked.
"It was mine, the movie we watched was Kaveh's" you answered. Alhaitham sighed in disappointment. He didn't mind if you two wanted to have fun. But on a Monday night was a no for him.
"I'm not surprised it was your stupid idea. Oh, and to answer your question yes, I did miss you," he said, his gaze not moving away from whatever book he was reading while my stoic expression turned into a shocked one. Despite the stoic expression, you were sure he was teasing you.
"YOU-" You stood up from your chair only to be held back down by Nilou. Alhaitham glanced at you, a small smirk visible on his face.
The others also seemed shocked by what Alhaitham said. "Wait- what did I miss?" Aether asked, he seemed curious now as he moved closer.
"Damn, I don't recall any of that last night" Kaveh exclaimed, he also seemed surprised at the sudden turn of events.
