"You need to pack a bag and come with me." Jax spoke as he stared at the curvy woman in front of him. "You're not safe here," He cleared his throat. "It's only a matter of time until they find out where you live."

"No way - How can I trust you?" She breathed deeply through her nose, it still felt like her heart had stopped after learning that she was in danger. "They?"

"You have a choice here, Lia." Jax poke, "Death or come with me."

Lia's blood ran cold and she nodded, "Okay," She spoke meekly, "I'll pack a bag." She stood up and rushed to her bedroom, grabbing a duffle bag that she stuffed full of necessities. While she was at it, she quickly freshened up and changed into a new oversized tee shirt and a pair of figure hugging leggings. She threw the bag over her shoulder and walked down the stairs.

"Let's go." Jax responded, grabbing the girl by the arm and pulling her along as he walked through the house and out the front door.

Lia was able to quickly lock the door behind her.

As Jax approached his motorcycle, he threw his leg over it and put the kickstand up.

"You want me to get on that thing?" Lia asked, her eyes wide with fear. "those kill people."

"Yes." Jax shot back, "Let's go, Lia, it's this or death." He reminded her as he started up his motorcycle.

Reluctantly and fearfully, Lia threw her leg upon the bike and slid up on the seat behind him. She looked around fearfully and screeched as he took off without warning.

Her body flew forward and crashed into his back. She fearfully wrapped her arms around him, her body pressed up against his. "Jax!" She shouted, her eyes wide.

"Relax." Jax spoke, with a slight smirk on his face as he bobbed and weaved through traffic.

Lia screamed. She squeezed her eyes shut and buried her head into his back. "You're scaring me!" She cried out.

"You'll be fine." He responded, rolling his eyes.
