The drive to the station felt longer than it normally did. Normally, it was a twenty minute drive but today, it felt like an hour drive... maybe because she was anxious. Anxious and scared to find out the results. She didn't know why, others would sure be relieved to know... but she was hoping that she didn't have amnesia, because she still couldn't remember anything.
"Do you think the results are in?" Emily asks Officer Lindsay, who sits in the passenger seat, staring into the rear view mirror with her gun in her lap.
"Oh, yeah. It's usually pretty quick." She responds, looking over at Emily, reading her expression. "You don't need to be scared, alright? There's not going to be any immense questioning. You've already done that. Today, you're getting your name back. Probably your license too, instead of that shitty paper one.. and your credit cards and everything else you had." She smiles, adjusting her light red hair into a ponytail. "You're just simply reclaiming back your life... except for the living alone part." She winks, "I think it's fun to have a roomie, though."
"Yeah, me too... most of the time." Emily winks back and holds a breath as she pulls into the police station. She immediately notices all of the motorcycles taking up spaces and she bites on her lip, "Where do I park now?" She asks and looks over at Lindsay.
"Right out back, I suppose." She smiles and then looks over at the motorcycles, scowling. "Of course the Sons Of Anarchy are here... I mean, what else would they be up to?"
"Who's that again?" Emily asks as she pulls up behind the building. She parks next to some police SUV's and turns off the car after rolling up the windows. She takes the keys from the ignition and gets out of the car, closing the door behind her. Emily locks the door once Lindsay gets out, following her into the back entrance.
"Dangerous gang. Stay far away.. anyone who gets involved ends up dead." Lindsay responds coldly, fixing her uniform as they head inside. "Oh shit, I forgot Luke's food in the car. I'll be right back, wait here. No one will bother you." She says quickly and rushes outside, after having Emily unlock the car, but before she could even respond.
Emily sighs and sits down on the bench, muttering out an okay. She looks towards the door, as she hears it slam and slightly jumps, then turns away and looks around as she hears a lot of talking and boots hitting the floor.
Lindsay comes back in as soon as she went out, looking over at Emily. "That's them." She features to the six of the men standing in front of them.
"Hey, baby." The one with the curly hair says to Lindsay. "Oh? You have a friend.. what's her name?" He winks.
"But you told me they were bad... you're dating one?" Emily asks, raising her eyebrows at Officer Lindsay. "I'm confused."
"No! No, no! I'm not dating him! He's just a damn flirt. Alexander, out of my way or I'll tase you." Lindsay says loudly, her hand reaching for the taser.
"Ooh, feisty.. you know I like that." He winks at Lindsay, then steps away slowly. "And it's Tig baby... you know that by now."
"Alrighty, Tig. Stay out of my way, or I'll tase you." Lindsay winks and grabs Emily's arm, guiding her away from the men and to Unser's office. From the outside, she could hear a lot of commotion... but she could barely make out the words.
"Clay... I need..." She heard the cheif's voice, but that was it. Then the door opened and two men stepped out, one young man with blonde hair and the other, old with gray hair.
"Officer Lindsay." The man she recognizes as Jax winks, then walks off to his other members.
"Jesus Christ..." She mutters and looks over at Emily, who just looks at the sons with an unreadable expression.
