today is my last day at work before me and sanzu will head to kyoto tomorrow morning.

i'm really excited about this already! i still can't believe he's literally taking me on vacation to a different city... he really has too much money.

but... something will definitely happen when i'm gone. i bet i'll come back to hayami having a girlfriend, sakura being pregnant and already married to matsuda, i just know it.

one of the customers put $5 into the 'tip' glass and waved before leaving, i waved back at them.

"hey... y/n?" tao li suddenly spoke up.

"yea?" "is it okay if i leave now?.. i know there's still an hour to go but my girlfriend is sick and i wanna be there for her-" "of course! i'll be fine, go ahead and take care of your girlfriend" i smiled at him, he smiled back at me and took his things before leaving.

tao li is really sweet, he's always respectful and he really cares a lot about his girlfriend.

the shift of the others was over too, so it was only me and matsuda left - like in good, old times!

"hmm... barely any customers to this time, huh?" matsuda spoke up while approaching from the kitchen. "mhm... remember that one time you left a bit earlier than me?" "i do" "i'm so glad you did that"

— flashback —

"y/nn, can you close the store for me?" matsuda called for me while packing his things together and getting ready to leave. hayami and sakura left earlier because my shift starts last and ends last.

"yea, of course! see you tomorrow" i waved at him and glared over to a clock on the wall.

'9:58pm'

the shop is officially closed in 2 minutes.. but since there aren't any customers around i can already get ready to leave.

i cleaned up the last tables and went to the employees only room to get my bag, i heard the bell on the entrance ringing, telling me that someone had entered.

i went back to the front "hey, excuse me, im sorry but i've as about to-" "one spicy miso ramen with katsu chicken, please"

my eyes slightly widened and i was left in surprised when i looked at the man.. he was oddly familiar.

a pink mullet, a lot of piercings on his ear, blue eyes..... 2 big scars on the corner of his lips.

i drowned in my thoughts. i can't believe matsuda leaving 2 minutes earlier than usual had such a big change in my life.
