Ansel's pov
I didn't know what to say. "Ansel?" Shai asked. "Um, I don't really know how to put it because i don't know if its a good thing or not." I said. Shai looked confused. "Ansel its either a good thing or a bad thing!" She said getting frustrated. "I know but i don't know if it was what you were expecting, if it was what you wanted." I said. "Oh." Shai said sitting down. "Just tell me." She whispered. "Its.." but before i could tell her pierce came in. "Woah, sorry i thought this whole thing would have blown over by now." He said. "Oh it has its just that i don't know how to tell Shai what the tests says. "Its easy just say Shai its positive! Or Shai its negative..." he said. "Pierce..." Shai said. "I was kidding! Here let me see it." Pierce said walking over to me. "Oh.." he said when he saw the test. "Yeah." I said.

Shai's pov
I start to get mad because the guys wont tell me the outcome of the test. "Guys will you just tell me the answer to the stupid test. Just please!" I yell. But ansel bites his lip again. "Ansel I swear if you don't tell me the answer in gonn-" but i stop myself because i felt something warm run down my leg. "The test is negative isn't it?" I asked. Ansel and pierce nodded. I walked to the bathroom and sure enough, i got my period. I didn't know whether to feel
Sad or relived. I shower again, then put a pad on and change. I walk outside and sit on the couch. I guess i spaced out because i kinda jumped when Ansel put his hand on my knee. I look up at him. "Hi." I mumble. "Hows it going?" He asks me but i just shrug my shoulders. "I honestly don't know Ansel..." "What do you mean?" "Well i don't know if i should be mad or relieved." I sighed. "I know but you know what i told myself?" He said. I looked up at him. "Right now its not the best time to have a baby. Don't get me wrong, i would love to have one but we have alligent and we have an audition for another movie. But we both know that one day we will have a little child running around, maybe even more than one!" He says throwing his hands up. I laugh and wipe a tear away. Ansel lifts my chin and says "I promise that one day we will." Then he kisses me. "I promise." I say as we are kissing. Then pierce comes in to ruin the moment. "You promise what?" "That we will have kids one day." Ansel says glaring at him. "I ruined the moment didn't i." Pierce says sitting down. "Yep." Ansel and i say at the same time. I look at the time and see that its 6. Dinner time.

We ended up eating pizza and afterwards I cleaned up and said goodnight. I tiredly walked upstairs and changed into one of Ansel's nicks shirts. Then i crawled into bed and covered myself with the Adventure time blanket we just bought. I smiled, we are such kids. I shut the light off and tried to sleep without Ansel. But i couldn't. About five minutes later the lamp turns on and I pretend to fall asleep. I open my eyes a little and see that ansel is taking off his shirt. After all this time together im still mesmerized. He turns around and starts to get in bed. He pulls me closer to him so that my head is on his bare chest. I decide to be cute and snuggle into his neck. He wraps his arms around me protectively and kisses the top of my head. I start to drift off but hear him say " I promise Shailene Diann Elgort. I love you so much. I would do anything for you." I smile amd whisper "I love you too." Before i fell asleep.

Ansel's pov
I woke up to an empty bed. "Shai?" I ask. But there's no answer. I hear voices downstairs saying, "Shh, we don't want to wake him up. Its a secret between you and me." Confused, i walk downstairs and my eyes go wide. In front of me I see my fiancée and best friend making out. And to make it even worse, they are half way naked. "What the fuck!" I yell. Pierce falls off the couch in shock and Shai throws a shirt on as fast as she can. "Ansie, I swear its not what it looks like." Shai says walking over to me. "Don't call me that. That's bullshit, its exactly what it looks like." I say. "Dude calm down." Pierce says protecting Shai. "Get the fuck away from her." I say. "No, she loves me." Im shocked when he says that. "Oh really?" I say looking at Shai. "We are getting married." I say but then i look at shai's hand. The ring isn't on her finger. Shai gets closer to pierce and hugs him tight. "Ansel i don't want to get married anymore." (I was gonna leave it and end the chapter there, but I couldn't do it to you guys again. )
