Ansel's pov
We got home and Shai and i parted ways as we heading into our closets. I decided to wear a white button up shirt, jeans and blue sperrys. I walked out and waited for Shai. She walked out and my jaw dropped. She was wearing A white short dress and then golden heels. I walked up to her and picked her up "You look AMAZING" then she laughed and said ''thanks ans" we put on our coats and headed out the door. When we got into the car Shai grabbed my hand and squeezed it. I picked up her hand and kissed it. Then we looked at each other and smiled. When we were 10 minutes away Shai started bouncing her knees. "What's wrong babe?" I asked her even though i had a good idea of what it was about. "Theo" she said sighing. "Hes not gonna try anything. You know why?" I asked her then she looked at me. "Because i will be with you all night and i will never leave you out of my sight" then Shai laughed. "Ans that rhymed" i smiled and said "I know it was suppose to make you feel better" then she kissed my cheek and said "it did thanks babe" and i nodded. We got there and walked in holding hands. As soon as we saw theo Shai tensed up but i kissed her head letting her know i was still here. Then she relaxed and we walked to the table. We sat down and theo flirtatiously smiled at Shai then i coughed and theo glared at me. The whole night theo stared at Shai and Shai kept nudging my leg under the table but every time i did something theo would do a death glare and then bothered Shai even more. Then theo reached across the table and grabbed her hand then he brought it up to his mouth but before he could do anything i grabbed her hand and put it on my neck. Then i kissed her and said "I love you Shai" then she said "I love you too Ansel your the best boyfriend ever" then theo looked mad. I leaned closer to Shai and said "it worked" then Shai laughed. The whole table was full of talking but it seemed only Shai and i were having a conversation. "Ans we could do this at home can we go?" Shai said then i nodded. We said bye to everyone and theo smiled at Shai but then she looked away. When we got home i put on sweats and took off my shirt. Then Shai went into my closet and came out with a gray shirt. "Nice shirt" i said then Shai got in bed and said "thanks i got it from this store called my boyfriend's closet." Then i laughed. She smelled it and said "it even smells like him, bonus!" " And how does it smell?" I asked her and she said "like Ansel" in a little kid voice. Then she ran her hand down my abs and kissed me on my cheek and neck then she hugged me and said "goodnight ans" I kissed her head and said "goodnight Shai" then we both fell asleep in a position were we are both hugging each other. Protecting each other because that's our relationship.
