Edmund's pov

I was walking with Peter, Jess, and Susan to Y/n's house. Lucy was riding her bike and had the movie tickets in her bike basket. It's been a week, since the dinner party and we've grown close with Y/n and Jess.

My relationship with Y/n wasn't the only thing that grew, but my feelings had also grown for her. Her beautiful (h/c) hair bounces every time she walks, and her dazzling (e/c) eyes matches her gold jewelry perfectly. Her (s/c) skin is so perfect for her, all her features are perfect!

"What are you thinking about, Ed?" Peter asked with a smirk. I started to blush, once I knew he caught me, "Nothing!"

Peter gasped. "Y/n is nothing to you? How could you say such a thing?" I rolled my eyes, "Shut it!" I shoved my side into him, he groaned.

Susan chimed into our conversation. "Why don't you just tell her you like her, Ed?" She raised her eyebrows repeatedly to piss me off. "I've only know her for about two weeks! And anyways, she doesn't like me in that way!" Everyone laughed.

"Edmund, you sure are blind!" Lucy said, still chuckling. "Come on, guys! Leave me be! Why don't you pick on Jess and Peter? They're the real lovebirds!" I smirked while Jess started to laugh at Peter's red face. "Ugh, why did you do this to me?" Peter asked.

I was going to answer, but Lucy already knocked on the door and Ms.(L/n) opened it. "Hello dearies! Y/n will be down in just a minute!" Shortly after her mother greeted us, Y/n ran down the steps.

She looked absolutely stunning. She wore cyan high-waisted pants and a short-sleeved white button-up. She was wearing black pumps for shoes... she's going to hate walking down the hill in those. She ran past us out the door, squealing and yelling in excitement.

I laughed and ran to catch up with her. She looked back at me and ran faster, but I caught up to her and picked her up from behind. She laughed, "Edmund, put me down!" I smirked. "Never!" I started laughing with her. I put her down, but unknowingly kept my hands on her waist.

She smiled at me, but let go after realizing she had her arms around my neck. I let go as well, blushing. The others made it down the hill and Peter decided to say, "Alright, Romeo and Juliet that's enough flirting for today. We've got a movie to watch!"

Y/n, Susan, and Lucy cheered, while we started our journey to the train station.

Y/n's pov

We made it to the station and boarded the train. we had to leave Lucy's bike at my house, so it wouldn't get stolen. She placed the tickets in Susan's purse. "What are we going to see?" Jess asked no one in particular. I also happened to be wondering the same thing.

"We're going to see-" Peter started, before Lucy exclaimed, "The Wizard of Oz! How cool is it that they're premiering a 7 year old movie? Aren't you excited?"

Jess's face contorted for a moment first it was dull, then annoyed, and finally "excited." She must not like this movie, I thought. "Oh! I love that movie! Which is weird because I don't really like musicals." Oh, so that's why she's upset. Lucy didn't seem to catch her lie. She just smiled and looked out the window, awaiting to see her favorite movie.

Edmund's pov

We arrived at the front of the movie theater and walked inside. Susan gave the woman working there our tickets and a man in uniform led us to our seats in the middle row. We sat side by side, from left to right it was Peter, Jess, Lucy, Susan, Me, then Y/n on the very end of the row.

Thankfully, we were no where near Peter, so he couldn't pick on me if I tried to make a move. Y/n picked up her purse and threw it to Peter. "Why did you do that?" Y/n smiled as Peter attempted to catch it, but got hit in the face instead.

"He's gonna use my money to get us all popcorn, Jess is going with him." I watched as they left and Lucy put her legs on their seats. Susan scolded her while Y/n and I laughed.

Eventually, Jess and Peter came back with their hands full and handed out popcorn to Lucy, to share with Susan, and Edmund, to share with me. Jess and Peter also had their own bag and Peter threw the purse back to Y/n while the lights dimmed.

She caught it, but almost knocked the popcorn out of my hands in the process. She ended up face planting into my chest. "Y/n!" I whisper-yelled, blushing like a lunatic. "Sorry!" She whispered back sending a glare towards Peter, then settled into her chair.

The movie felt like it went on forever, until the characters met the wizard.
Y/n was so focused, she looked adorable. I could almost see her emotions in her eyes. Without thinking, I reached my hand towards hers. I paused, before gently holding her hand and quickly looking back at the movie.

She looked at me, but I avoided her gaze, pretending to be into the movie even though I was blushing. I could see her smiling out of the corner of my eye and she laid her head on my shoulder. I couldn't help myself from smiling and I placed my head on top of hers.

From then on, I couldn't focus on the movie. I mean she held my hand the whole time and her head was still on my shoulder! I think I'm in love. No way! I've only known her for two weeks!

"Ed? You ready?" Y/n asked.

"Hm? What are you talking about?" She giggled, "Edmund! The movies over!"

This time everyone chuckled at my confused manner.

"Oh right... Yeah, im ready." I stood up along with Y/n and the six of us headed out of the theater. We walked the streets since it was still daylight out. "Ooh, why don't we go to the café again?" Lucy suggested. "I dunno, Lu. It's Jess's day off today!" Peter argued.

Jess smiled and said, "Yeah...sorry Lucy. We'll go some other time." Lucy nodded and looked around. "What's that place?" My gaze followed Lucy's pointed finger and focused on a dark shadow-like store. The sign above read, 'Wallak's Antique Store.'

"I dunno...I've never seen it before." Susan replied. "Do you wanna go inside?" I asked Y/n.
Y/n thought for a moment. "Sure, I don't think I've ever been here." We all walked into the store to find it was strangely quiet and covered with dust.

The walls were decorated with lots of clocks and the only lights in the building were the unplugged lamps for sale. Creepy. "This place is wonderful!" I looked over at Y/n and she was beaming. I smiled, but couldn't believe she liked this place.

"Oh! Look Lucy!" She grabbed Lucy's hand and rushed over to a small wooden box. Lucy gasped and opened it up carefully, that's when I heard a ringing sound. I covered my ears and shuddered. "Edmund? What's wrong?" Susan asked as she placed her hand on my shoulder.

This made Y/n look over and close the box in the process. "Lucy, Y/n! Don't touch anything!" Peter scolded. Y/n made her way over to me and gently uncovered my ears. "Did you hear the ringing too?" Y/n asked Peter and I.
I just nodded and Peter said, "Yeah, was it from the box?" Y/n shrugged, "I think it's from the rings inside the box."
Susan frowned.

"Maybe we shouldn't be in here." Lucy looked at her sister in disappointment. "What? But we just got he-" She paused, I felt a deep chill slowly run through my skin. She must've felt it too.

That's when I noticed the ringing noise was back, but this time more faint. The box was missing and so was Y/n! "Where's Y/n?" Peter's eyes went wide. "She- she disappeared!" Everyone became worried and frustrated. Susan chimed, "What do you mean she disap-" She was cut off by a feminine scream. Y/n.
