Ch.6 Gym

Chapter 6

On our way to Gym, I was upset because I had to part from Harry and Louis. I had a girls only gym class and they had boys only gym class. I can't believe I have to go 47 minutes without one of them!

They walked me to the door of the locker room and Harry tried to peak in but I pushed him back. We all laughed and Louis said, "c'mon mate! We will see her later!"

I hugged them both goodbye and they turned down the hall to the boys locker room.

I entered, hoping nobody would be staring. Sadly, they all were. I passed by each of the rows of lockers and all the girls seemed to be staring at me. I got to my locker and opened my lock. My friends, Ashley, Madison, Holly, and Yasmin all ran up to me.

"I don't believe you!" They all said in there different voices.

"What did I do?!" I yelled back.

"You are friends with the One Direction guys!" Ashley said.

"Chyeah!" Madison and Holly said together.

"Oh yeah. Hahaha. I am." I laughed.

"Anna here, would love to meet them." Anna said, talking excitedly.

"I can arrange that." I said mischievously.

"You would do that?!" She screamed.

"Of course!"

She lunged towards me with a huge hug.

"Let's go ladies!" My gym teacher yelled through the locker room. We all quickly dressed and stood on our numbers. Anna wouldn't stop thanking me and hugging me.

After attendance was taken, we headed out to the gym. Volleyball. My favorite. As we left the locker room. I heard boys screaming and yelling my name. I looked over and saw Louis and Harry standing across the gym. Oh god this is so embarrassing! Gym uniforms are not very flattering. I waved back and they opened their arms as though they wanted a hug. I pointed to my teacher who was already going over the teams for today. I looked over and saw Anna with her eyes wide open staring at Louis and Harry. They put their arms down and headed to their court with the other guys in their class.

I wasn't really paying attention but I felt Ashley pull my arm to our court. YES! We are playing with the boys. I pulled myself together and focused onn winning so our team could verse team Tommo.

The first ball was served and I spiked it right back. This was going to be easy! Little did I know that Madison had never played volleyball before and she doesn't know a bump or a set. The ball was served again and Holly bumped it back over and got us a point. We all did our handshake and laughed to ourselves.

Our teacher, Mrs. Mellrung, turned on the radio, making everyone's beat change to the current song. A few songs played and the familiar clapping of a song started. Anna and I looked at each other and then we both slowly turned our heads towards Harry and Louis. The were both laughing at each other and everyone seemed to be staring at them. By now What Makes You Beautiful had already played half way through. I focused on the ball but I could hear Louis and Harry start singing along to themselves. I started singing and Anna did too. We did the 1D dances and Louis looked at us like we were crazy but we didn't care.

The song ended and Mrs. Mellrung blew the whistle to switch courts. We moved up to the left after winning our first game. One game away from Harry and Louis! I served first and cleared the other girls scoring a point. Harry clapped and Louis cheered. I felt the blood run through my cheeks and I smiled and bowed. They both giggled and quickly focused on their game. I heard Harry yell "ohww!" And I yelled back, "you're giving me a heart attack!"
