Just got home from work. I brought pizza home and you clearly haven't ate in the last couple days. Please come out of your room. Everyone is worried about you. Hearing you shout 'im fine' every time i knock is no longer convincing. Please come out or im coming in. Your choice love.
Cassi groaned as she read through all the notifications. She covered her head up with her blanket and closed her eyes, trying her hardest to fall back asleep, but she couldn't deny that she was beyond hungry. She huffed and sat up, pausing the music she had playing. As if on cue, her bedroom door opened and her bedroom light came on, causing her to jump. Draco leaned against the door frame while sliding his wand back into his pocket.
"I gave you a chance to come out on your own. You look like a mess." Draco told her as he crossed his arms. She sighed as she grabbed her phone and got out of bed.
"I was getting there, and i really hate magic sometimes." Cassi told him as she walked passed him, towards the stairs. She made her way downstairs and into the family room with Draco following behind her. Cassi plopped down on the couch, laying down.
"You should really eat something." Draco told her. Cassi sighed before nodding.
"I will in a minute." She quietly replied. As the words left her mouth, there was a knock at the door. Draco sighed as he got up to see who the unsuspected visitor was. He had returned moments later with Lysander following behind him, much to everyone's surprise. Cassi sat up once her gaze met his as he sat down beside her. He continued to eat the ice cream he had brought with him without saying a single word. The tension in the room was beginning to become unbearable for Cassi.
"Assuming you came to get your stuff?" Cassi asked, breaking the silence. Lysander shrugged before looking over at Cassi. He passed her the ice cream after taking another bite.
"It's your favorite." He informed her as she accepted the offer. "Sorry about the texts i sent you. I was pissed and i really shouldn't have said all that to you." He told her with a small smile. She simply nodded in reply.
"Its fine. I understand." Cassi told him while looking down, avoiding eye contact as much as possible. Lysander simply nodded in reply.
"Including the part about me getting my stuff. I simply can't picture a future without you in it, Cas. I see why you did it. I don't even blame you, i blame myself more than anything. I've been so shitty the last few weeks. I made you feel alone in our relationship. Every time i fucked something up, she was there to save the day. I can't be mad at you for feeling something that you have no control ov- are you even listening to me?" He asked in the middle of his speech. Cassi looked up at him and nodded as she was taking a bite.
"Yeah, this ice cream is just really good." Cassi replied. Lysander smiled at her and shook his head.
"You are such a child. I literally can't stand you." He joked. Cassi raised an eyebrow at him.
"Says the one that literally just told me I can't imagine a future without you, you sappy little shit." Cassi mocked him with a smirk. He rolled his eyes at her.
"I did not say that." He replied nonchalantly.
"I have a room full of witnesses." She argued.
"I said 'I simply can't picture a future without you in it'. You said it wrong." He told her with smirk. Cassi glared at him before taking the pillow behind her and throwing it at him.
"Same fucking difference idiot." Cassi told him. Lysander rolled his eyes as he moved closer to her and pulled her into a kiss.
"You irritate the fuck out of me sometimes but i love you so much." Lysander told her after pulling away. Cassi smiled at him.
"And you irritate me in return. I love you too." She replied with a smile. Draco shook his head as he began smiling.
"That was a weird make up process to witness." Draco commented. Pansy rolled her eyes at him.
"Really? Because it definitely reminded me of a certain relationship of yours." Pansy reminded him. Blaise and Theo nodded in agreement. Cassi gave Draco a questioning look.
"Im officially intrigued." She told him. He smiled at her before finally sitting back down.
"Like I've told you many times before, darling, you are just like your mother in many ways." Draco told her as he smiled at the two. "Im glad you two made up. And that was indeed a compliment, Lysander." Draco quickly added.
"Can you say that again so i can get it on video?" Lysander asked him.
"Not a fucking chance." Draco replied with a laugh. Cassi passed the ice cream back to Lysander before getting up.
"Im starving, I want pizza." She told him. He got up along with her and followed her to the kitchen. They both knew they still had a lot to talk about but they were glad that they're tiny little world was slowly coming back together.
