AlSevPot: Look, I've been struggling to stay sober. Every accomplishment i have, i want to celebrate by using, every bad day i have, i want to forget by using. I met a group of friends who are sober as well. It's kind of like those horrible meetings mum and dad forced me to go to but actually fun. I needed to be around people that understands what im going through so we met up at the beach last night and hung out. There were no drugs and no drinking. We stayed until sunrise. That's it.
AlSevPot: and then when i got home, Dad automatically assumed i was out partying. He said that he raised me better and how disappointed he is. And told me and i quote "you're suppose to be finding a job and moving out with Scorpius yet you're failing him by fucking up once again."
AlSevPot: when in reality i still have my sobriety and i did in fact find a job. I got hired yesterday. I start on Monday.

AlSevPot: I just feel like it's shitty that i basically need a support group to have fun so I've kept it to myself. And thanks guys, it's at some restaurant until i can find something better.

lupout: He's hard on you because he loves you and sees potential in you. He was the same way with me when i was a rebellious teen. We went through a really rough patch before but i understand why now. If he wasn't hard on me, I wouldn't be where i am today
