"We should get up. The sun is already quite high," I whispered, trying to remove Nyx's wing and arm from my face. His hair had tumbled all over my face and I groaned, wiggling underneath him.

We had only shortly talked about what he and Andras had discussed the previous night before we had fallen asleep, exhausted from the whole High Lord's meeting.

"What are you saying?" Nyx grumbled and buried his face in the crook of my shoulder, his hand sliding inside my nightgown to cup my left breast, squeezing.
"Nyx!" I reprimanded and tried to shove his hand away. He only kissed my neck and squeezed again.

"Nyx! We are not alone in this room, could you move your hand away?!" Thank the gods, he really listened to me and slowly removed his hand.

"Sorry, I forgot that Noora is here as well," he breathed and then flopped onto his side, wings spreading. He brushed his hand over his forehead and sat up. Glancing around in the still dim room he bound his hair back with a leather strap and then furrowed his brows. "But Noora is not here," he whispered in slight confusion and looked at me. I sat up and flashed him a surprised look.

"What? Where can she be?" I breathed and now also brushed a hand through my hair.

"Well, we could use the time where we are alone and—"
"Don't even think about it. You honestly—how is it possible that you are always so...horny?" I moved the blanket from my lap and placed my feet on the ground.

"This is your doing. Hadn't been like that before you. Now I am permanently hard."
"Thank you for that information," I chuckled and glimpsed at Nyx who pouted at me and pointed towards his crotch. And he really was...Gods!

"Nyx! Bring all your body parts under control and get dressed. I will be in the bathroom for a second. Then we should head down for breakfast."

Nyx groaned in frustration, but reluctantly did as told and got up. When I returned from the bathroom he was already dressed and waiting for me.

We wandered through the corridors to head for the dining room when another hand clasped mine. It was Noora who had nearly caused me a heart attack.

"Has anyone noticed my absence?" she whispered and I shook my head.

"Where have you been?" Nyx asked from my other side. A full toothy grin broke out on her face and she blushed. She gave us no answer thought.

Yet I had a faint inkling of where she had been. Right after breakfast we were going to leave, but not for the Night Court. No!

Dalia had invited us to the Day Court for...the day. She said she wanted to show me her home court and I was more than excited for it.

Lucien and Elain were already waiting outside Rosehall when we said our good byes to Rhysand and Feyre. It was a beautiful morning, sunny and warm. I inhaled deeply and lifted my head to the sky, it smelled like rose, like freshly mown grass and like—

"Achoo!"

I snorted and spun around to look at Nyx. "Bless you, my love."

"Fucking pollen," he grumbled and fumbled a handkerchief out of his pocket.

"Oh, no is the poor Illyrian baby allergic to pollen?" I cackled and had to clutch my belly when someone tapped my shoulder. "Young lady, we don't make jokes about pollen aller—choo!" Cassian had tried to tell me, but also erupted in a sneezing fit.

Gods, those Illyrian babies could not even stand some pollen.

Cassian flipped me off to which I stuck out my tongue and then they winnowed away. The last thing I saw was a full toothy grin spread of the general's face.
