8. Perfect Beach Day

I wake up still in Pablo's arms. He's still asleep. I manage to flip over so now I'm facing him.

I admire his facial features. His eyes began to flutter open. I can't help but look at his beautiful brown eyes.

Pablo says in his morning voice, "Buenos Días mi amor." He kisses my forehead. Butterflies reach my stomach.

"Buenos Días hun." I reply back. I move the strand of hair that falls in his face.

We stay in each other's embrace not speaking. Have you ever been with someone and you didn't speak with each other? But you felt safe and comfortable with them.
That's what this moment felt like.

All of a sudden the door fly opens with a very shocked Mia.

We both shot up from the bed sitting up. "OH MY GOD." Mia yelled. Her mouth wide open.

I look at Mia and then to Pablo. "UHHH did I interrupt something!?"

I laugh slightly, "Uh no not really!?"

"Okay well here's today's game plan!" Mia says being straightforward.

"There's a game plan?" Gavi questions groaning.

"Uhm on days like these there always is." Mia says.

"Okay get to the point Mi." I tell her giving her an annoyed look.

"Okay okay so. Go and get dressed in some workout type attire. Or a swimsuit. Got it?" Mia says and starts to turn around to leave.

"Uhm why?" Pablo questions her.

I kiss his lips. "It's the game plan amor. When it comes to things like this Mia can be very annoying. So I'd just do what she says."

I got up from the bed and go into the bathroom. I put in my contacts and take my pill.

I hear the bed slightly squeak as Pablo gets up. He comes into the bathroom and stands behind me.

Wrapping his arms around me he says, "I'll leave and get in the right attire." He mocks Mia.

I turn around and make eye contact with him. He puts his hands on my waist as I lean back against the bathroom counter.

We lean in close and my eyes travel from his eyes to his lips and back. We lean in closer and kiss.

One hand of Gavi's travels up to my cheek, gently holding it.

We stop kissing and we both smile at each other.
"I'll see you in a little amor." Gavi says and leaves the bathroom.

I hear the door open and shuts. I walk into the kitchen and there Mia stands smirking.

"You never told me he was sleeping over!?" Mia says in a winey tone.

"I'm sorry Mi, we weren't planning it. It just happened." I tell her as I grab the cereal box.

"Hey don't sweat it. You two looked very cute." she says grabbing the box and pouring a bowl of cereal.

We both eat our cereal and decide to get dressed.

I go into the closet and grab my swimsuit, top and bottoms. I put on my bikini and some jean shorts. Then I put my coverup top on.

I brush my teeth and do some skincare. Then I decide to put my hair in two french braids. I put on a little bit of waterproof mascara.

Probably not the best idea.

Once I was done getting ready I grabbed my flip flops and headed out of the room.

Mia packed the beach bag and a cooler of snacks and drinks.
