39. Promise Ring

Today is the game against Cadiz at the new stadium.

The boys were at their houses, meanwhile me and Mia were prepping everything we needed for today.

We decided we'd head to the pitch to make some new content on Instagram.

I filmed Mia while she began talking about today's match and all the fun events that were taking place outside of the stadium.

Once we finished, we headed into the locker room and also took videos and pictures for social media.

Soon, it was time for the team to begin heading inside.

I set up my camera and began taking pictures of the boys as they walked by.

Once Gavi walked by I told him, "Good luck out there!" and blew him a kiss.

"Thank you amor!"

Then Pedri also came after Gavi. "You got this Pedro!!"

He smiled and nodded as he made his way to the locker room.

Eventually, the seats were filled and all the players were warmed up.

Cheers roared as the players walked out onto the pitch and Cant del Barça began playing.

It was a slow first half, with Barcelona dominating in possession aswell as creating big chances.

Five yellow cards were given out in the first half. Two for Cadiz and three for barca.

Of course Gavi being one of them, followed by de Jong and Ter Stegen.

The second half quickly approached and it was time for kickoff.

This is a very important half, since we need to score goals to move up on the table.

Xavi made some substitutions in hopes to starting moving the game.

In the 82nd minute, llkay Gündogan passed the ball, resulting Pedri to be right behind it.

He slid right past the goalie making it 1-0.

Mia and I began screaming, almost to the point where we lost our voices.

Then Torres was subbed on.

Everyone was depending on him. He's had a really good pre season and shows a lot of potential.

Nothing happened until 7 minutes of extra time was added.

Four minutes go by and Lewandowski is behind the ball and flicks it to the circle in the center.

Ferran is right behind the ball and shoots to the bottom-right corner, past Cadiz's goalie.

This officially secured the win for Barcelona.

Soon after the ref blew the whistle, indicating the game was now over.

The players and fans began cheering, as well as shaking hands with the other team.

Me and Mia go onto the pitch and began taking pictures of MOTM and the other players.

Once we were finished, I met up with Pablo.
