Blake, who had been caught in the crossfire had been undermined by the stall of conversation and quick directive of Armond's hand in control of the Dragur.

"Blake!" Sage cried out, a clear struggle in her eyes as she was desperate not to allow anything to happen to her Charge—Not when he had just introduced his son into the world and found his family.

"What is all this...? Ladies?" Clearly, Armond was looking for an answer and not a single soul dared to step out of the protective covering that Sage had created. Not when there was separation from their Master, and none of the captive wolves voiced how much the bloodsucker favored them over the rest of the inmates.

"Unfinished business," Remus growled, and it seemed as if Armond was utterly bored with the disruption in his day. "Just like your father, somehow managing to get into my business. What is it that you want, Moon?" It came out in almost a yawn, any sort of curiosity had lacked every damn syllable of his question.

However, the glint in his eyes had sparked when he landed on Andrew and Sage.

"We could've been great allies. The same as I had been with your father—I didn't hear about your little dispute until it was long finished. Pity, I do love a good mutt fight." That had instantly caused Sage to huff and growl in Andrew's arms, but the male would not dare to let go of her.

Not when the pup couldn't be in any more danger than they were right now.

"Clark! Oh, it's good to see you, my boy." The voice of familiarity had trickled into Andrew's ears and he gawked, his eyes glossed over the dozens of meetings that he had been forced to sit back and watch the destruction being planned.

Not only damaging the rest of the packs in America but also damning Crescent Moon to a future of poverty.

"I can't say the same."

"Don't get too caught up in the past, we worked well together, didn't we? Well, until you—"
"Tried to blow you up? Yeah, what a pity." The tension was growing, and Remus truly couldn't stomach another moment. Not when Blake was still in their enemy's hands—Yet Sage was already ahead of him, ahead of them all.

Her body had pushed back and allowed Andrew to fall forward, and none of the bloodsuckers had been prepared for the speed of the little female. Even when Blake's weight had slowed her down, issuing an enemy's claw to run down the length of her back.

With Sage's blood now coating the battlefield, all bets were off. Remus' fists curled together and took a running start before shifting mid-jump and plowing through the crowd.

Andrew was not about to allow that type of treatment to the female he swore to protect, and followed aligned with him. In addition to the two Elwoods, their mates and Half Crescent couldn't allow their formed Luna to be harmed.

Sage had fallen forward over Blake, and he huffed as he hugged her tightly—Now protected by a few lingering members of the defense. "You're crazy."

"You're crazy. Raven is going to kill you."

"I hope it comes to that." He groaned, his stomach churning at the fact that he had whisped without warning. But once the two had gotten their bearings together, things took a turn for the worst.

Willow had tried her best to control the tree on her own, but it was clear that without Sage at her side taking over, it was faulty at best.
The aim was off, but it hadn't hurt anyone from their side, so it was working in their favor. Somewhat.

Granted, Sage nearly screamed in panic at seeing the branch having slammed far too close to comfort. But as it pulled forward, causing her to embrace it instead of being crushed, she caught just what her mother was trying to do—To try and pull her further up and out of harm's way.
