Eddie woke me by kissing my jaw, rolling on top of me and running his hands under my shirt. I smiled and kept my eyes shut, yawning.

"Glad you're not as sore as you were last night," I commented, rolling onto my side away from him and making Eddie groan.

"I'm a man anew, cured only by your love and affection," he insisted, pulling my back to his chest and continuing to run his hands along my body as he kissed my neck.

"You're needy is what you are," I teased, batting his hands away.

"Y/N Henderson, you're killing me," he whined, wrapping his arms around me and pulling me tight to him. I smiled, wiggling closer to him and letting him kiss his spot on my neck. He stopped at my ear, making my hair stand on edge. "I'm so over camping."

"Oh, my god, me too!" I exclaimed, opening my eyes and rolling over to face him. This made him laugh hard and he pressed his forehead to mine.

"It was fun the first day or so, but getting the shit kicked out of you and then sleeping on the ground takes a bit of the magic out of it," he replied, kissing my nose softly. I nuzzled into the crook of his neck and traced his chest.

"You didn't like our tent adventures?" I asked, baiting him. He huffed.

"Those were my favorite parts – I even wanted to start one this morning," he scoffed. I laughed and kissed his neck before looking up at him.

"I just feel grimy. I feel like we have a layer of grime all over us," I explained. He nodded, rubbing my back as I got closer to him. He suddenly gasped and sat up.

"We don't have to stay here. We don't have to stay here!" he cheered. I looked at him, confused as he shot up and started pulling jeans on. I sat up on my elbows and watched him, bemused.

"What are you going on about?"

He looked to me, his face cheery and excited. He crawled over to me, pressing me onto my back and getting close to my face. I felt my cheeks heat as he grinned at me, looming over me.

"We're sneaking out for a mission," he whispered before kissing me hard. He glanced around. "What time is it?"

"Early – I think the sun just rose, honestly," I answered.

He grinned and took my hand, pulling me up as he threw the backpack he had quickly packed over his shoulder. He opened the tent, glancing around conspiratorially before taking my hand and sneaking out, acting like a spy. I started to laugh but he turned to me, placing a finger over his mouth to shush me. I nodded and let him pull me along, playing along with him as he acted out his dreams of being James Bond. We got to his van, and he threw his door open, helping me in. He grinned, leaning against the doorframe as I leaned back.

"We should have done this sooner," he commented, making my brows furrow.

"What are we doing?"

"You'll see, dove," he said in a sing-song voice, closing the door and racing around the front. He started the van, wincing when his music started blasting over the speakers, potentially waking our friends up. He peeled away from the campground, racing down the road. He took my hand and pressed the back of my hand to his lips, still grinning.

"Where are you taking me, Munson?"

"Why do you always want to ruin my surprises?" he teased. I laughed and nodded, deciding to drop it. I watched the road pass, smiling at the memories of the last couple of days. I wondered what the group would think when they woke up and we were suddenly missing.

"You know, you'll have to explain to Dustin why we disappeared. He'll be pissed," I teased. Eddie rolled his eyes.

"Your brother is going to be the death of me," he quipped, making me laugh.
