"I cannot believe you made me agree to this."
I turned to Eddie, grinning wildly. He was laying back on his bed, arms spread out and staring at the ceiling. I was changing into pajamas, an old Hellfire shirt and Eddie's flannel pants. He was complaining about the large sleepover that was occurring in his trailer's living room.
We were set to leave on the big camping trip tomorrow, bags packed and ready to go in Eddie's van. Much to Eddie's dismay, Dustin had planned the different routes to the campsite and determined that the Munson Trailer was a whole ten minutes closer! He had spent two straight days begging Eddie to let him stay over the night before we left so he could ride with us, and Eddie finally relented to him. But once the rest of the little ones, and Hellfire Club, and my friends heard, everyone piled on, asking to join, excited at the thought of starting their spring break at this sleepover.
Eddie was adamant in saying no to everyone – everyone but me.
I crawled onto him, straddling my legs around his hips. I placed my hands on his chest, smiling down at him. He started to trace my forearms, trying to maintain his grouchy countenance. I felt his heart pound in his chest. I leaned down, kissing his neck as I felt his face heat.
"My knight in shining armor," I whispered, close to his lips. When he leaned up to close the gap, I pulled away, kissing his nose instead. His smile turned wicked, and he gripped onto my arms. I yelped as he flipped me onto my back, leaning over me as he wrapped his arms around my back.
"Nice try, Ms. Henderson," he growled, kissing me deeply. He pulled back, smug, as I wrapped my arms around his neck. "You're just a persuasive succubus."
"I only use my powers for good," I quipped, tucking one of his dark curls behind his ear. His smile grew and he leaned in to kiss me again. Before he could kiss me, I decided to tease him. "And you're easy to persuade."
"I can't argue if you're the one persuading me," he replied quickly, closing the gap and pulling me close to him. I smiled as he moved to his spot on my neck, his hands tracing up my sides. He nipped at my earlobe, and I started to pull at his shirt. He shot up, about to yank his Dio shirt off, before there was a knock at his door.
His face fell, and he crumpled back onto me, burying his face into the crook of my neck. I belly laughed as he reacted dramatically, upset that we had been interrupted, again. He groaned into my neck before placing his lips on my ear.
"I cannot believe you made me agree to this," he hissed, teasing me. I kissed his temple quickly before he stood, offering a hand to me to help me up. He pulled me up, our faces close again. I smiled as he kissed my nose.
"It will be fun, I promise," I replied. He started towards the door, still holding onto me. I tugged on his hand, making him look at me. He furrowed his brows as I got close to him. "And I promise it will be worth it later tonight."
I opened the door before he could react, enjoying being the one to finally make him needy. Lucas was standing there, looking cautious. Eddie wrapped his arms around me as I smiled at the sweet boy in front of me.
"Sorry, guys – Dustin wanted me to come get you," he explained meekly. I nodded.
"No worries, Lucas," I replied. "We'll be there soon!"
Lucas nodded, smiling brightly as he headed back to the living room. I started down the hallway before Eddie pulled me back to him, his lips on my ear. I held onto his forearms as I felt my face heat.
"So, how will it be worth it later tonight?" he asked. I smirked – how needy of him.
"You can use your imagination," I teased, twisting out of his hold. I laughed as he chased me down the hallway, grasping at my sides. We reached the living room, and everyone cheered as we entered.
