I was rolled on top of Y/N, kissing her neck and jaw, trying to wake her up.

"Eddie, you said you would let me sleep in," she whined, keeping her eyes screwed shut. I grinned and kissed her hard.

"That was before I woke up and saw your face in the morning light," I teased, kissing the side of her face. She started giggling and shoved me off to my side. I pulled her close to me as she tucked her head into the crook of my neck.

"As if, Munson – I'm a gargoyle in the morning," she rasped, her voice tired and worn. I kissed the top of her head and sighed. She wrapped her arms around my back. "Are you going to tell me what we are doing for the rest of your break? Besides the double-date with Robin and Cristina?"

I grinned at the ruse that Robin had come up with for our surprise for the un-birthday girl.

"Wouldn't you like to know," I teased, nipping at her neck. She giggled and raked my back with her nails, and I felt my chest burn.

"Yes, I would!" she replied, pulling me back to her face.

I winked and kissed her hard before rolling away from her. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. Y/N was close behind me and wrapped her arms around my chest, burying her face into the middle of my back. I grinned as I brushed my teeth.

"Are you going to tell me?" she asked, tracing my chest. I rinsed my mouth out and turned to her, wrapping my arms around her and pulling her tight.

"You just need to get ready for the day. I'm handling everything else," I replied. She groaned and I laughed, leaving her in the bathroom. I dressed for the day and sneakily took a duffel bag full of weekend supplies to my van. I came back inside and grinned at Y/N. She crossed her arms.

"What were you doing?" she asked. I scoffed and rolled my eyes.

"Can you just let me surprise you?" I replied, crossing to her and taking her into my arms.

"I hate surprises," she whined. I shook my head and kissed her.

"Too bad, dove," I quipped. "Are you ready to go?"

"Are you going to tell me what we're doing?"

"I'm going to take that as a yes," I said, grabbing my keys and taking her out the door.

She continued peppering me with questions, and I successfully evaded every single one. I helped her into the van and kissed her forehead quickly before closing the door. I got in and took a breath, starting her favorite Peter Gabriel album. I turned to her, grinning at her grouchy face. I took her hand as we started towards her house.

"Are we going to my house?"

"Can you stop asking questions?" I replied, mimicking her voice. She scoffed and crossed her arms, leaning back into her seat. I grinned and squeezed her hand. We got to her house, and I got out. I got to her side and opened the door, pulling a bandana out of my pocket. She furrowed her brows.

"What's that for?" she asked. I smirked and started wrapping the bandana around her eyes. "Eddie, what the hell!"

"It's for the surprise," I explained. I kissed her quickly, grinning at her confusion. "Stay here."

I jogged to her house and knocked on the door eagerly. The door swung open, and Dustin stood, a large bag in his hand.

"Hey, little one!" I greeted, taking the bag from him. He smiled at me.

"Hi, Eddie. Does she know yet?" he asked. I shook my head and he grinned. "Coolest un-birthday surprise ever."

I laughed and ruffled his hair. I started walking backwards.
