RAY'S POV

I walked up to Norman, I missed seeing his ugly face, I missed seeing him smile and all three of us together as a team, and now he decides to show up and not cry with me?

I slap his annoying face hard as a hello, still mad about him ditching us.

"How awful, to get payback without even greeting me"

He smiled as he held the red spot on his cheek, everyone who just witnessed it, was in disbelief.

"Looks like you were able to find something important to you?"

His cheeky smile appeared after, him looking at me with that ugly smile made me want to slap him again, but I don't care anymore, now I want a hug from him, how much I miss talking and hearing Norman's voice.

I break out, let my tears come and say before grabbing both of my best friends in for a hug, "Yeah, plenty thanks to you".

All three of us just continue to hug as I continue to cry then continuing my words, "I'm so glad you're alive...don't ever die again you dumb Norman"

My voice begins to crack up and wore out from all of the crying and hiccups.

"Yeah, got it, you idiot Ray"

He laughs at me crying before calming me down along with Emma doing the same and also laughing some points here and there. Now Emma is on my hate list on number 2, next to Norman, number one.

Still mad about how Norman DIDN'T use my brilliant mechanism to get the tracking device out, a shame really.

Y/N'S POV

As we arrived at the new base, all that went through my mind was how big of a shelter this was, it really surprises me what demons can do, As one of the oldest, it is my responsibility to take care of everyone. Vin complains on how it's just supposed to be him and Andrew and I at least want to help around.

And to be honest, It felt like home. Seeing all of these tall buildings and houses reminded me of how Goodwill Ridge was.

Seeing how no one knew the secret, No one knew about the demons, Mom being evil, us being cattle children, I miss it, I want it back please.

"Y/N? Are you okay? You've been staring at the door up there for some time"

I quickly turn my head and see Elli and Marcus looking at me with worried faces as I nod my head that I'm okay.

"Yep, sorry just wondering what could be up there, especially since Ray told me that's where Minerva is"

They too look at the white wooden door that was up the stairs, then out of no where I felt an arm around my shoulder and a person started speaking, "Because it is, that's the room Minerva stays in, guessing it's his some kind of office".

It was Karina, I was worried about her but she and Andrew kept on going everywhere and exploring the whole place the second we stepped foot inside. It was nice to see everyone enjoy this beautiful place.

"Oh Karina! I've been wanting to ask you, how are you feeling since it was a bit loud in here when we arrived"

She thought about it before responding back, "Yea, I mean it was very loud for me, but thanks to Andrew for covering my ears, it was all okay, Andrew and I already made new friends! Alena and Fred!"
