The next two weeks pass by quickly, and it's now the night before my wedding. Everything is finally ready, Nonna and Alicia have worked hard to make sure everything would go to plan tomorrow without a hitch.
Ares's stag do was pretty wild thanks to my Uncle's and Ares's friends. He'd been hungover for nearly two whole days, and told me he'd lost count over how much he'd drunk that night.
Nonna threw me a smaller one, where we went to a beautiful spa and got pampered. It was my first time going to one and I loved it.
We'd been shopping for new clothes for me for after the wedding, and I'd asked Nonna why I needed them. Ares had assured me he didn't want me to change anything about how I dressed after the wedding; he's told me he loves me exactly as I am.
Nonna just shrugged and dragged me along anyway. We'd spent an extremely long, and pain filled hour in Voctorias Secret, and it got so bad at one point I thought I'd pass out from blushing so much. My Uncle's and guards had waited outside clearly uncomfortable, and I'd begged to be left out there with them, with no luck.
They both bought me new sexier sets to wear after my wedding night, and I just shook my head and left them to it.
After I vowed to never, ever go shopping with those two together again.
Most of my clothes had already been transferred to Ares's estate ready for my move there. Nonno and Antonio were still wary about me being there unprotected, so Ares agreed to allow some of my Uncle's most trusted men to guard around his estate.
This was my last night spending it here with everyone, and I felt sad to be going. But extremely happy that it's to start a whole hew chapter of my life with Ares.
Everyone was downstairs waiting for me. We'd decided to have a movie night, and Nonna had informed me we were only watching one. According to her I needed to get enough rest for tomorrow, I wasn't aloud to have "bags" under my eyes.
I'd just showered and changed into sweats and a tank top. Rushing down I dive onto the sofa beside Antonio and Ivan, earning me a glare from Nonna. Smiling sheepishly, I sit up reluctantly and Xeres starts the movie. I groan loudly when I see that it's a horror, and glare at Xeres knowing he's the one who chose it. "You're evil." I tell him pouting.
"Shut it squirt. We're not all whimps when it comes to scary movies." He teases.
"Ass."
Halfway through the movie I hear a loud bang behind me and nearly jump out of my skin when a man in a ski mask jumps out at me. Screaming loudly, I fall off the sofa onto my butt and grab a vase off the coffee table to use as a weapon.
Warren pulls off the mask and grins widely at me.
"Warren!? You arsêhole! God, you scared me so bad!" I screech at him pîssed.
Everyone is laughing at me and i grumpily sit back down rubbing my sore butt from landing so hard on the floor.
Warren is bent over holding his stomach and laughing so hard he looks comical. "Cut it out. You're all so evil. How long have you had this planned?" I demand annoyed.
"Weeks Bella. You didn't think I'd miss your wedding did you?" Warren asks sounding offended.
"No. I just expected you coming tomorrow, not scaring the shît out of me now!"
We all finally settle back down and Xeres changes the film to a comedy for me, making me smile gratefully.
After the movies over Nonna ushers me up to bed and tells me to get some sleep.
The wedding is at 11a.m. so I need to be up early anyway.
Texting night to Ares, I receive a response immediately and smile.
Ares:
Missing you already, can't wait to see you tomorrow. Love you Bella, night :) xx A xx
