The necklace ♡
Waking up the next morning before my alarm, I feel totally refreshed and can't wait for the chaos to begin.
I decide to shower and grab some breakfast before everyone else is up, to get a little me-time.
By the time I've eaten and washed up after myself, I can hear everyone getting up.
Going back up to my room I find a panicked Nonna stood there. Seeing me she relaxes instantly and rushes to me, hugging me tightly. "Nipote! You scared me. I thought you'd ran off."
I frown at her confused. Why would I do that? "No Nonna, I just got up earlier than I planned to. What time does everyone get here? I've already showered."
"Any minute now. Ben just texted me saying that they've arrived." Nonna tells me excitedly and rushes out of the room.
I sit on my bed and mentally prepare myself for the next few hours of torture that I know will be inflicted on me. Checking my phone I see a message from Ares already there.
Ares: To Bella
Morning, mio amore. Can't wait to see you later, how's everything there? xx A xxI quickly type one back before Nonna returns.
Bella: To Ares
Everything's fine. I can't wait either, I'll be the one in white. How long have you been up? Bella xxAfter quickly texting each other for the next half hour, I get dragged away over to my dressing table. Ben starts on my hair, while his partner Josh, does my nails and makeup. I'd asked for simple french tips, and wanted my makeup done just subtle enough that you wouldn't notice.
Ben curled my long dark brown hair into perfect ringlets, and I fell in love with how bouncy they were; he eventually had to keep warning me not to touch them because I was "ruining his masterpiece"
By 10a.m I was exhausted. I'd been waxed everywhere! My nails and makeup had been done, Ben had finally finished my hair, and Nonna and Alcia had forced me into some white lingerie that they'd bought from Victoria's Secret on that horrifying trip. Now all I needed to do was get my dress and shoes on.
