Glint of sunlight on
a ripple in the water
is a darting koi.

Gray forest in mist
revealed by the morning sun
city's tall buildings.

Angry bee stinging
poison barbs on its green stem
beware the nettle.

Ship on the ocean
riding foam crested blue waves
don't fall off the couch.

Volcano spits ash
lava creeping toward us
stay off the carpet.

Rocket ignition
up out of the atmosphere
a cardboard box ship.

A blue sky full of
red and yellow butterflies
Autumn has arrived.

Dark wood travelers
candles lighting up the night
summer fireflies.

Snowflakes on the breeze
white flurry filling the sky
dandelion seed.

A lengthy voyage
sailor on his ship crossing
a leaf, bug, puddle.
