Have you ever fallen in love with someone?

More importantly, someone that you couldn't be with?

Because... I have.

It happened about 2 years ago.

I was taking a vacation to Philadelphia for a week, just to hang out and do touristy things. See the stairs from rocky balboa, walk around the beautiful city, and most especially try the famous philly cheesesteak sandwiches (which were mind-numbingly delicious by the way totally recommend them if you ever go)

But then, everything changed.

It was Monday night, and I was walking alongside the train tracks. It was fairly chilly, with the wind blowing through my Ombre aqua hair. The buildings on the horizon were lit up with neon lights, and I felt good.

But then I noticed something. In the distance, I heard some funky sounding techno music coming from further down the line. I followed it to see a set of speakers, one very big one and two smaller ones. The music kept playing as I walked up to it, and I smiled and closed my eyes, bobbing my head and tapping my foot to the music. I was so in tune that I didn't see or hear the clicking of high heels on the pavement.

"Excuse me?" said a very pretty voice.

I jumped a bit, opening my eyes.

And then I saw her.

She was a girl, about 5 feet tall. She had beautiful shiny reddish-brown hair that flowed like a wild waterfall down to her lower back. She was beautifully shaped, her chest and hips forming a perfect hourglass figure. Her very short yet snug fitting red satin dress emphasized this fact, and she wore shiny red Silkstone heels on her small feet.

"Are you lost, miss?" she said, her pink lips curving up in a gentle smile.

My face turns red. "U-uh, i.. N-no!" I said, standing up straight. "I-i just heard the music and i wanted to see what was going on over here." I said, smiling.

She giggled and it sounded like heaven's bells in my ears. "I see. Do you like music?" she asked. I nodded. "Oh yes, I love music!" I stepped a little closer. "I like instruments, and I love to sing!" she smiled gently. "Wonderful!"

She then walked over to the largest speaker, hopping up to sit on top of it. "So, what's your name?" she asked, crossing her beautiful, well toned legs. I blushed. "A-Annie." I said, my heart going 65 mph. "What a cute name." she said gently. "My name is Giovanna, but you can call me Gia, or just Gf." she giggles.

I was already mentally engraving her name into my heart. "Wow, pretty..." I said. "Thanks." she said with another beautiful smile. "So, you mentioned you liked to sing?" I nod. "I'm kinda average, but I enjoy it." Gia giggled. "Oh don't say that, I'm sure you have a lovely voice!" I blushed. "Ehehe.. Thank you.."

Gia then pulled a remote out of nowhere. "I know we just met but..." she flips her hair. "Do you think you could sing something for me? I'd like to see where your skills are at."

A set of arrows appeared above.

I shake my head, feeling nervous. "O-oh no.. I'm no good at arrow-rapping..." She looks disappointed. "Aww, why not...?"

I look away, embarrassed. "I-I've actually never done it before..."

Gia's eyes light up again. "Ooh! If you've never done it, that means I can teach you!" I look at her. "R-really?" she nods. "Yeah! I love teaching people how to arrow-sing!"

I smile a bit, then look at the floor. "W-what if I'm not good at it..?" Gia giggles and pats my head. "Don't worry, it's actually pretty easy once you get the hang of it!" I blush, looking at her. "C-can we start slow?" she nods. "Of course!" I smile at her. "o-okay!" she smiles and makes a happy gesture. "Yay!"
